And after this trip, he has enough strength for classes at school, rehearsals in the theater and performances (he is also an artist) for a whole year. The evening did not end with a performance, there was a disco on the schedule, or they sat by the fire and told stories to each other. In general, as he said, "the evenings were great. " The camp also has a parents' day, when at certain hours parents can see their children. But time, unfortunately, is given a little, only from 18-21.00. Only parents can pick up children, or a notarized special certificate is needed and only on weekends. Camp security is top notch.
Children are taken to the sea twice a day, where they sunbathe, play outdoor games, and swim. The beach is sandy, the sea is clean, the water is clear. Once a week they are taken to the nearest village, where they are given time to take a walk, sit in a cafe, go shopping. The food in the camp is decent. The girls liked everything very much. Four meals a day. The food is tasty and varied, taking into account the preferences of children. Living conditions: in the houses there are four rooms and each has its own bathroom. In the camp, children are constantly entertained and occupied, they never sit idle. Our girls especially enjoyed learning horseback riding, dancing, theatrical performances, and besides, the children had a great opportunity to learn Greek and English. Of course, we are very pleased with this, in Russian camps you will not find such an integrated approach to the simultaneous development and recreation of children. . In addition, entertainment programs were organized every evening, in which the children themselves took an active part. As they say, there were even pool parties. In general, they definitely had no time to be bored. The beach is good, the safety of the children is monitored by lifeguards. And of course very welcoming and friendly counselors. Special thanks to them! The girls were delighted and did not want to leave home. We thought about sending them back to Skouras in August before the start of the school year.

It is believed that Halkidiki has some of the best beaches in Greece, many wealthy Greeks who live in Thessaloniki have a summer house in Halkiiki. Kassandra - the peninsula of Chalkidiki, where the camp is located, is considered the most tourist developed, but despite this, there is almost no infrastructure near the camp, the camp is provided with everything necessary, if necessary, children are taken to the nearest village. The children themselves cannot go out of the camp unaccompanied. Each group of children has its own leader, Russian-speaking groups are separate from Greek children, they live in groups, but all events are held together, there was no discrimination based on nationality. Our children lived with Greek children, since they already know Greek well and are considered “local”, but in two weeks they also talked a lot with children from Russia and Ukraine. Most of all, I liked that the child’s day is filled to the maximum with all kinds of activities and entertainment, at home the children will not occupy themselves like that. Every evening dancing, concerts or gatherings by the fire. Every day the sea and swimming in the pool. The food here is a little with Greek features, there are no soups, sometimes they give Nutella in the morning, which, in my opinion, is not good, but still the food is good, in my opinion, a lot of fresh vegetables, fruits, meat dishes. In the dining room, the children cover themselves, take turns on duty. My husband and I did not regret that we sent our children there for the first time and opened this wonderful place for them, this summer we are going to visit relatives in Russia, so, alas, we will most likely do without a camp.

My daughter is 13 years old, she had not rested in the camps before, so she was a little scared, although she is sociable and went abroad with us many times, so she decided that everything should be psychologically well transferred. Most of all, the camp attracted the opportunity to study English, as the school teaches very poorly, the teachers are constantly changing and the program is not at all satisfactory. My daughter accepted the idea with enthusiasm and asked very much. We quickly collected all the documents and received a visa. The territory near the camp is large, there are many sports grounds, each group of children has its own counselor who looks after them, if necessary, you can call them and ask how the child is doing. The Internet in the camp was weak, but sometimes my daughter wrote that everything was fine and that I should not worry. I think the life of this camp completely absorbed my daughter immediately after arrival. We paid for English courses in advance at the agency, as promised, the classes were held with a native speaker and every day, my daughter liked it. Separately, we gave money for textbooks - 15 euros. Children every day swim in the sea and in the pool, my daughter arrived all black after the shift and with burnt hair, almost blonde. In addition, the camp has a riding school, and various excursions are also organized, but this is for an additional fee. The group went to Olympus, 60 euros, in my opinion, a little expensive for a children's camp, but I liked the trip. They gave little money with them, they feed well in the camp, so the child did not need to buy anything extra, once a week they were taken to the city if someone still needed to buy something. And so the camp is a little away from the settlements, only the Aristoteles Beach hotel is nearby. The beach is sand, but then there are slabs. There are stones to the left and right of the center of the beach, but children do not enter there. The rooms near the camp are modest, mostly bunk beds, there was not enough space for things, they hid in suitcases under the bed. The downside is a busy schedule, the end is only closer to 12 o'clock, and the rise is at 07:30. It would be nice, of course, to do the lights out earlier, otherwise after the trip the daughter only slept for three days, but in general, we were satisfied with the recreation organizations. There are many Russian children in the camp, there are also European children, Greeks. My daughter asks again, my husband and I do not mind, but we ourselves are going to the nearby Aristoteles Beach for two weeks. Now we really want to see the camp itself and Halkidiki with our own eyes.
