We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and, to be honest, we were counting the days until we got home the whole time.
The disappointment started right after we arrived. We booked a Double Room for two adults and one child, but instead we were put in a bungalow where all three beds were simply pushed together. The space was so small that we literally walked in circles. No personal space.
There was practically nothing in the bathroom - not even a soap dish or a towel hook. The bungalow was very hot, there was an unpleasant smell of something rotten, there was no wardrobe for clothes. It was almost impossible to sleep at night due to the very loud generators of the neighboring hotel.
We immediately went to the reception to ask to resolve the issue with the room. The administrator was elderly, very unpleasant and completely uninterested in listening to us. He kept saying that he was busy and simply ignored our requests. In general, the hotel staff is also mostly elderly and not at all friendly. Instead of calmly listening to the problem and trying to solve it, they immediately react negatively and take a defensive position.
Only after we kept coming, reminding them of our situation, and leaving complaints on the website, the administrator finally agreed to move us.
But on the last night, a completely dangerous situation occurred in the bungalow: **ice started falling from the air conditioner directly onto the child's bed**. It was very dangerous and completely unacceptable. Especially considering that you have to pay separately for using the air conditioner.
After moving to a room in the main building, our mood improved a little, and the situation became better. However, there are still a lot of minuses in the hotel:
• breakfast is exactly the same every day - we ate the same food for all 10 days;
• the staff is not very friendly and is not at all inclined to calmly solve problems;
• very weak Wi-Fi;
• ants everywhere;
• there is actually no normal TV - it is there, but it is about the size of a laptop screen, so we didn't even turn it on.
On the plus side, the hotel is located on the first line, the sea is very close, and there is also a good swimming pool.
Overall, our experience was very unpleasant. **If you don't want to spoil your vacation, I wouldn't advise choosing this hotel. **
