In general, we liked the hotel by 99%, clean, comfortable, cleaning once a day with a change of bed linen and towels. Since we were newlyweds, we were complimented with 2 bottles of champagne and fruit and given a room with a sea view, it was very nice. The staff is friendly, smiling all the time. It’s not good with Russian, but if you can connect two words in English, it’s already good. The beach is sandy, umbrellas and sun loungers are free, BUT if you don’t like walking on stones, buy aqua shoes, they will come in handy, I stepped on a sea urchin, a bit unpleasant. There are two more points, the absence of an iron and a kettle in the room (5 * assumes that you have the opportunity to iron for money and drink tea in the restaurant for money too). We had breakfast and dinner, drinks were paid in the evening, tea and coffee were free in the morning. The food is not too varied, but you will not go hungry. As for spending time, we took an excursion to Meteora, it took 4 hours to go there and back, the place is beautiful, but not breathtaking. We rented a car, the cost is from 35 and more, it’s better to order a car from evening to morning at the Athos hotel, a girl Lena is sitting at the table, she’s very nice, she will help as much as she can with a car, you can try to bargain, the hostess is not greedy. Buy a road map of Greece or install a navigator. The roads in Greece are drop dead, driving is a pleasure. Evening entertainment at the Palini Hotel, but we never went. There are also 4 nightclubs there, but they don't seem to be open yet. To the nearest village 2 km, you can walk 20 minutes. , or you can take a taxi for 5 euros. By the way, in Kallithea all taxis are Mercedes. 4 km after Afytos, a quiet beautiful place, worth attention. In conclusion, I will say that Greece is an amazing country, the people are nice, friendly, the nature is beautiful, we traveled around Sithonia (the 2nd finger of Halkidiki), there are no people at all on the beaches, it struck me, since this does not happen in our Crimea.
