After 2 hours of wasted time, we were given a room with stories about the same terrible for the disabled, yes it was with a view of the pool, only for the disabled, and not the type of room that we booked. I can’t say anything about the hotel yet, I’ll write later, but manipulations with rooms are terrible, you pay for one room, and then you also prove that you didn’t order an economy room or a room for the disabled with stories that everything is occupied. If such a situation has already occurred at the hotel, then according to the rules, the hotel must provide a room with an apology of a higher category, and here it is a complete scam.
