We rested in the first half of September in Halkidkiah. Rest was awesome. The weather did not let us down, it was warm, even hot during the day, in the evening a slight coolness was super. The sea water is warm. We spent our 10-day vacation at the Olympic Kosmas Hotel.
The hotel met all expectations. The price matches the quality. Now in more detail.
Location

Located in the village of Hanioti, on the first peninsula of Halkidiki Kassandra. From the airport we arrived in an hour and a half, in principle, not far. The bus is comfortable, the roads are good, the Internet was in the bus. The center and the entire infrastructure of the village is literally 10 minutes from the hotel. In the center there are many different cafes, bars, pastry shops, restaurants, taverns, pharmacies, shops, souvenir shops. I really liked the Yasemi tavern, there were 2 times, delicious seafood is cooked there. Good service. I recommend. There is a bus stop near the hotel, you can go to Thessaloniki or the nearest villages, but we did not risk such a trip. In Thessaloniki, we took an excursion from the guide Mouzenidis Louise. Beach
City beach, 3 minutes from the hotel. Close. The entry into the sea is good gentle, the beach is sandy and pebbly, we did not see any living creatures. The sea is clean, warm and calm. Beach bars are located on the right side, a sunbed can be taken for a purchased drink (5 euros).
Check in was quick and we were given a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. The room is decent, enough space, bright. Good furniture, double bed, comfortable mattress, bedside tables, wardrobe, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer.
There is a bar in the courtyard of the hotel, there is a small adult pool with a section for children. Clean the pool regularly, there is no strong smell of bleach. Very nice, the whole hotel is wrapped in ivy.
Nutrition
All inclusive, decent for a 3* hotel. Breakfast is usually cereal, porridge, milk, yogurt, fruit, honey, tea, coffee, juice. For lunch, be sure to have soup, several salads, side dishes, rice with vegetables, pasta, potatoes. For dinner, several meat dishes are usually served, sometimes fish, traditional Greek dishes (moussaka and pastitsio). Drinks can be taken at the bar, open from 10 to 22:00.
Internet is good at the reception. There is no animation in the hotel, only in the center of the entertainment village.
The staff at the hotel is good, very attentive, hospitable, make concessions. Thanks for the rest. I recommend the hotel, but I think this hotel is hardly suitable for families with children.
