I stayed at this hotel for three days as part of a shopping tour program from Mouzenidis. The hotel is located outside the city, 5-7 minutes drive from the center. Don't count on walking in the city. And you have to go far and have to go along the highway without a sidewalk. The Czechs would call it either "Under the Mountain" or "By the Lake". The place is picturesque, the views are pleasant. For those who came on the program of fur-tours within walking distance there are several very decent fur coat shops, such as Marco Varni (100-150 meters away from the city), with the most diverse assortment and Mousios (Mosino) 150 meters towards Kastoria with best blaglam in town. We were not taken to Marco Varni or Moussios, but you can walk there on foot from the hotel on your own.
The territory of the hotel is large enough, you can even walk around it, there are a couple of fountains, a swimming pool (was closed). Everything is very clean. The resettlement was instantaneous, all the rooms were already booked, nothing had to be filled out, and no passports were needed. Reception staff speaks English and Greek. They are very polite and try to help in everything.
A decent dinner menu, a fairly varied breakfast, everything is fresh and tasty. But I note that I have seen better breakfasts in the fives.

Ask for a room on the second floor, because in the buildings standing at the back under the mountain, the first floors go half underground and, like in my room 606, if you go out to the front garden balcony above, only your chest and head will stick out above the ground level. Naturally, a view of the wall in front of the standing building. That's why I gave a four for placement. And, as a contrast, beautiful views from all rooms, starting from the second floor. The rooms are small, clean, they have everything you need, plumbing is clean and decent. Housekeeping excellent. The four euros left as a tip on the bed were neatly placed on the bedside table. Thailand and Egypt immediately came to mind, where it would be nice if they didn’t dig into your things, let alone take a tip. I can safely, not being afraid for my reputation, recommend this hotel, both for all shop-tourists and for ordinary tourists who decide to just visit a beautiful city for a couple of days. I will remain of my opinion that there is nothing much to do there for more than 3-4 days. I made a short video about the hotel. I hope it will help you to get a more reliable idea of this worthy hotel.
