Pros: the hotel is good, close to the runway and the observation deck. Amazing views of the planes. No noise in the rooms, very good soundproofing. Very tasty food (we took breakfast and dinner), every day something new on the menu. There are several restaurants and 2 small shops nearby. Friendly staff. Rooms are clean and well kept.
Cons: there is no beach, on the nearest sun loungers and umbrellas only for extra. fee (the beach itself is tiny). The city is far on foot, bus tickets are 1.20 euros one way in the store (1.70 if bought from the driver). The rooms are a little "shabby". Very hard water and, accordingly, towels. It makes no sense to take drinks in the pool bar and in the main hall, it is quite expensive and does not justify the costs.
