We rested from June 9.2011 - one day! More could not stand in this hotel. I apologize in advance for possible typos, I’m writing a review from my phone, and my emotions are overflowing! , and I still don’t want to kill my time describing this hotel, I just want to warn tourists who can get there just like us !! ! Upon arrival, everything was clear only along the hall and the dead sofas in the hall. The room was not ready - they said it would be ready in half an hour - and we were with two children - 9 months. and 1.11 months!!! ! Taking into account the fact that the children from the road were hungry - the children were not fed - that is, the question is, where can we feed the children at least something light? We were sent to a bar near the pool - where we had to go down the stairs with a stroller - to drag it together - and in the bar there was "very much" for a 9 month old child - sausage, cheese, salad - my child was left hungry - of course in the heat and without a number !!! ! But all the most interesting was ahead - when they nevertheless prepared a room for us - a bungalow - we went there and almost fell - stone !!! ! - yes, they write about this on the sites, but in my opinion the tour operator is to blame - since I I warned several times that a small child is crawling and we need normal conditions !! ! - I’ll immediately note the tour operator - VKO Travel, TUI - manager Olga - office on Okhotny Ryad! Sorry I got distracted - I'll continue. About the floors, they are completely stone! ! floors! The walls are painted from some kind of stucco, all sorts of creatures crawl, holes even from the pipe from the air conditioner, burlap instead of bed linen! And how do they think my 9 month old baby should be rock crawling for a 15 day trip? And sleep 15 cm from the stone floor! ? But when we came for dinner - we were even more surprised - it makes no sense to even describe!! ! And all this pleasure cost us 3500 euros for two!! ! And with a stroller, to come from the bungalow, we had to spend half an hour, because the ascent included both steps and steep descents, which I simply could not climb alone with the stroller, because my legs slipped from the steepness of the descent and I had to be pushed from behind husband to go up the lift! And then again the steps, and then again the rise near the pool, to which I ran with a running start and in the end, with the help of the handrail, I managed to stay together with the stroller !! ! Hallelujah!! ! And this is a children's hotel, mind you! In general, on the same day we moved to the Grecotel Corfu Imperial - we paid extra of course - but the rest is chic ! ! Everything is at the level of service and food - and everything is for children !!! ! Later I can upload a photo of the Daphnil Hotel - I took a picture of everything specially for memory and will definitely post it! On another site where everyone leaves reviews, they blocked me and immediately left the opinions of the people who accused me - I want to unsubscribe here for them - suddenly they will read - as I understand it, either people from the hotel or some managers, so-. I wrote a review about the hotel not to answer me, but so that people would read and not get into this hotel! And this is not only my opinion! People approached us, also from Russia, because they heard our conversation and our opinion about, , a great hotel for children and an ever-present children's menu, and just as we resented! 3. if someone liked this hotel, it means the level is different, because we are now in Grecotel Corfu Imperial, and we met many Russians who perfectly understand us and our opinion about the Daphnila Bay hotel. They just say, , , well, what do you want from this hotel, we have already heard about it ,, . 4. I took food for the child with me - this is for those who worried and wrote about nutrition and the mind of my mother, that is, me. So that's the only thing that saved, although according to the tour operator, the hotel for children and the children's menu ALL day. And by the way, not a single person wrote, what did the person who suggested going to the bar to feed the child think?? ? Everyone marked my mind! and I went there only because I was assured that everything in this hotel is for children! 5. who was there did not report the steps and why did not describe the road from the main building to the sea! So, upon arrival from Greece, I will definitely post a photo of this hotel, just to show people what kind of hotel this is, what road, and what a rest from such cool walks with strollers and even without them too! I read the reviews before the trip, of course, they were, as always, both positive and negative, but for the mother with the child to describe everything in detail, starting from nutritional problems and ending with the problem with the stroller, I did not find such a review! , Yes, and Olga said, I quote , , everyone has their own opinion, do not rely on other people's reviews, everything is not there as they write on the sites. By the way, as it turned out now, the tour operator bought the vouchers from the hotel and they are now being sold at crazy prices !! ! that's the explanation for the tour operator's behavior! 7. and by the way, even the mothers of my husband and mine, who came to help a “bad mother”, noted that in Sochi two years ago, for 1200 rubles a day, there was better food and rooms! 8. at the Daphnil hotel, the Russians came up when we left (since the hotel had changed) and everyone found out where and how much we pay extra, because it was also impossible for them to stay there! I hope they will come and unsubscribe to sites with reviews! So young tourists should not to condemn me as a mother who does not honor the reviews, but it was worth it just to evaluate all the pros and cons, and probably just say humanly, thank you! I would be grateful to the person who would write such a complete review of the hotel, positioning itself for families with children!! !
