The hotel has two types of rooms - in the main building and bungalows. We were settled in a bungalow. According to Elena Mouzenidis, this is the BEST ROOM available from the available bungalows. When we got there, we were shocked. Our room looked like a barn, into which old obsolete furniture and household appliances were dumped. As it turned out later, the air conditioner rattled so much during operation that it was impossible to sleep with it. Moreover, this rumble can be heard already outside the room. The refrigerator didn't stop either. At night, for no reason at all, he began to hum like a steam locomotive. We woke up not understanding where these sounds came from. The tub looked like a trough, and the switch in the shower didn't work. To wash ourselves, we held the shower with three hands. On the floor there is an old cracked tile, like in a village bath. The balcony is very low, almost on the ground. Everything is very abandoned and run down.
We told the guide Elena about this on the day of arrival and asked for another room or at least to solve the problems. To which she replied that they would not move us to another room, but she would write down the master and do everything. We didn't have a choice. The first 4 days no one came to repair. During these days, we repeatedly reminded Elena of this. After the night we got up broken with a headache.
On the 5th day we approached our guide in tears and asked why nothing was being done. They explained that we are suffering and do not rest. The reaction was cold. She again replied that she would record the master. We went to the room, but no one came. So we went to the administrator to ask why there is no master. The hostess and the owner were in the hall. They said that soon the master will be. And they added that the next day they would move us to another bungalow on the 3rd floor. I asked why you put people in such conditions. Our vacation is coming to an end, but we didn't rest and were under constant stress! And then the owner began to SCREAM, WAVING ARMS. It was a shock!! ! He shouted in Greek, we didn't understand anything, but he was so furious that it was scary! ! Frightened, we just left and took a long time to come to our senses. At that moment, we just dreamed of going home.

The next day at lunch we were moved, as promised. The number was the exact opposite of the first. Everything worked silently, good repair. There were no complaints. We spent the last day and a half in normal conditions, but there was no mood anymore. This week we did not rest, rather the opposite. The attitude of the hosts and guide Elena dumbfounded. We never thought that this could be. It is a pity the money, time and nerves spent. We certainly cannot recommend this hotel. Draw your own conclusions.
