We stayed at this hotel from August 15 to 29.2025. We are not a spoiled family, we have been to many countries and different hotels, but this is the first time we have had such a "vacation". Upon check-in, the room was swarming with ants, the problem seemed to be solved, but further cleaning was done very poorly and no one removed the ants, the room has a very large and noisy air conditioner that hangs right above the bed (my husband subsequently caught a bad cold) the air conditioner leaked 2 times! ! The repairman simply wrapped the hose inside with electrical tape and that's it! (in theory, it needs to be urgently replaced, not "fixed" with electrical tape! ) It is impossible to fall asleep at night (our room was next to the laundry room and the main entrance) During all nights there were sounds (when the car reverses . . beep, beep, beep ... ) My husband and I saved ourselves with earplugs. The bathtub is very old and dirty. We washed only standing up, I sat the child on a towel and washed her like that. They offered to change the room only 2 days before departure! (there was no point! ) the evening animation and mini disco are very loud mini disco only in English!???? , the drinks are insanely sweet for children, there are no natural juices, the food in the common dining room is designed for the English, white buns, burgers, sausages, etc. I really wanted fish. . but it was impossible to eat, not tasty, rather tasteless. I really wanted just soup, but those that were too salty or tasteless. The dining room is also very noisy and stuffy. There is no atmosphere of calm and bon appetit ((
The beach is beautiful (in itself), I liked the sea the most. The sun loungers on the beach are very old and sunken, the sun lounger under my husband broke and almost punctured my husband's side! Be careful!
The staff is not friendly, my child was surprised ...why the aunties do not answer when you greet them in the SPA, when you go to change towels, the girls seem to be doing you a favor, but do not greet or say goodbye. Is this normal?

In general, if the chefs of this hotel really cared about their guests and wanted their stay to be comfortable and people would want to return to this hotel again ...they would invest money and effort in development, repair, replacement and of course training of staff, it is a pity that the management of this hotel does not care at all!
We rented a car for a week, saw a lot on the island, this saved us from an endless stay in the hotel.
