The hotel is just fabulous!
I didn’t get the fifth star, apparently due to the lack of shampoo in the bathroom, it’s not provided, only shower gel, so take it with you. Everything else is just great. The level of service is especially shocking: In the canteen, a dirty plate on the table does not last more than a minute. There is no such thing as running out of food. If you can’t find a seat, the waiter will help, see you off, seat you. If there are more than three people at the bar, the bartender not only speeds up himself, but also speeds up especially slow customers. During peak hours, there are more bartenders, so there is no queue at the bar. The animation just sucks. The children had an Olympiad and all participants were given medals. When, at the evening ballet, Cinderella's dress, as it should be, turned from rags into a ballroom one, right before our eyes, we thought that this theater was coming, it turned out that this animation was capable of giving such performances. There are many Russians among the staff.
Food for 5+. Peaches, apricots, nectarines, melons, watermelons, bananas have always been + a lot of all sorts of nishtyakov such as seeds, seasonings, olive oil by the river. Every day is dedicated to some cuisine and something original from the chef on small plates.

The area is very compact. We lived in a real two-room family room, which is located at the opposite end of the hotel from the sea and the canteen. Dining and bars are 300 steps away. On the territory there is a mini-football field, a volleyball court, 4 tennis courts. The kids club is amazing. Firstly, there are two of them, one for children under 3 years old, the second for children under 7, and there are not one or two teachers, but many, and among them there is also a Russian. Children are taken to the pool, to the sea, if necessary, they are fed and put to bed. The playground is just huge, partially shaded with an awning and surrounded by a fence. For older teenagers there is a club.
The sea is across the road, but there is practically no traffic on it. Umbrellas, as usual, are not enough, because. in the morning they are wrapped in towels of irresponsible citizens, but there are trees, there is a lot of shade from them and you can always settle down there with a sunbed, which are in abundance. The bottom is sandy. Because this is the northern shore that constantly beats grass there, but it is periodically removed! I especially liked the windsurfing section. A real opportunity to master this sport. First, 3 days of classes for 1.5 hours, theory, on the shore, on the simulator. After completing the course, an individual approach to everyone. As they develop, they give a bigger sail, a lighter board. And most importantly, all this is free and there are so many boards and sails that you don’t need to reserve anything, there are always free ones. There were no problems with tennis either, I always managed to sign up the next day. But the hotel does not give bicycles for a ride. There is a mounting bike section, within which you can make organized bike rides, it's free. And to do it yourself, you can order it through the reception for 7 euros per day.
The Internet is not very convenient for them. There are computers at the canteen, free of charge, but you need to take a ticket at the reception. There is also Wi-Fi for free, but for some reason with a limited range, it works only in the reception building, so you can’t sit in the room with a laptop.
Population: mostly Germans, some European Slavs and Russians.
In general, the hotel is simply magnificent, and I want to say thank you to everyone who works at the hotel for a comfortable stay.
