The hotel was chosen by moving on the Google map. Interested in: proximity to the sea and the financial component (we were looking for a budget option). Next, we compared the offers of travel agencies and our capabilities. Well, in general, it coincided : -). There are very few reviews and information about the hotel, the photos are the same everywhere (about 5 pieces))).
The hotel is clean, cozy. 1st floor - cafe. There are tables outside under a canopy. 2nd and 3rd are numbers. We were seated right away (didn't have to wait). The rooms have everything you need. There are no beach towels (we did not take hotel towels to the beach). The refrigerator is small, but it was enough for us (wine, cheese, fruit - bought at the local Lidl chain). Cleaning in the room and change of linen - every other day. The view from the balcony is amazing!!!! ! - both mountains and the sea (and from any room, so no one will have problems with choosing a view from the room). The beach is pebbly, sunbeds and umbrellas are free. Entrance to the sea - on sandbags (sharp stones), a lot of hedgehogs (as it turned out : -), or maybe just a season? ), but in reef slippers - no problem (if you don’t have your own, you can use the hotel ones completely free again) . The food is good: a light breakfast and lunch / dinner at a convenient time (8-10 and 18-22). When we left early for an excursion, they offered dry rations with us. For dinner, different dishes were served each time, the portions were large and very tasty. Drinks (except water) - paid. Wi-Fi in our check-in was constantly buggy, although it was sometimes possible to catch it in our room, but I saw many guests in the lobby and in the courtyard with tablets, they said that they did not catch it. If you relax in local cafes, they also give you the Wi-Fi password for free. Shops, cafes nearby - 10-15 minutes on foot. In the other direction, 10-15 minutes walk along the beach - and you are in Poseidon Palas (4 * hotel) - Here they have sunbeds, they say, paid, and people on the beach - like in Crimea in Soviet times))))))) ). In general, they have municipal beaches, and if you like to walk, then on both sides, after a little walk, you will find yourself on sandy beaches with a sandy entry into the sea. Great free they have, but "killed" completely. It is better to take excursions in local travel agencies (often cheaper by 4 times than from Muzikov). By taking a taxi, you can organize your own excursions. For example, this is how we got to the foot of Mount Olympus (13-14 euros from the hotel). We walked to the Platamon fortress on foot. In general, we did not have time to see and get around much in a week. Of the "minuses" - weak Wi-Fi and early in the morning when we left there was no one to sell us coffee. And to sum up: in August 2015. we will be there again
