Good afternoon! At the beginning of June 2013, we arrived at the Olympian Bay 4 * hotel, lived in a bungalow on the first floor. I would like to note right away: the mold in the corners of the bathroom is impressive. The administrator reassured me that this happens in early June, by July everything should dry out, there will be no mold. Happy owners of vouchers in July : ) Room cleaning was carried out regularly, bed linen, towels were also changed constantly. The safes in the room were broken, no one was in a hurry to fix this, even after convincing requests. At the reception, the safe was also denied - the policy of the hotel has changed. Everything valuable - place where experience or fantasy tells you : ) The beach area was constantly put in order. Sometimes there were not enough sunbeds (a lot of local people come on weekends, some come for WEEKEND). A separate point of the beach is the presence of dogs there. Freely roam, rush on the beach, crap. Dear vacationers, do not feed the dogs!!!!!!!!! ! It is fraught with consequences. Greenpeace law does not allow the hotel security service to radically change the situation if a dog attacked you. We had to drive off the angry dogs ourselves. The security service, the hotel managers avoided it!
Concerning nutrition: chef's dishes deserve special respect. Vacationers who leave the hotel, leaving home early in the morning - be prepared for a very light breakfast (boiling water + biscuits. You will have to find tea and coffee yourself. We found it under the bar table : ) The staff was absent.
All the bitterness of unpleasant moments disappears with time. The sunny coast of the Aegean Sea with friendly, very responsive Greeks remains in my memory, unforgettable impressions of visiting cultural and historical places. Everyone who wants to relax in Greece - a sunny mood!
