We went with my husband and two children, the hotel is not bad, but, frankly, it doesn’t pull for 5 stars. A huge number of people are affecting - the food on the fourth day gets boring, everyone cooks "for the crowd", they would come for a week, there would be no complaints. But on the fifth day they dined only in taverns. Ripe fruits are almost impossible to find, some hard... Watermelons, however, were given regularly.
The juices in the bar and restaurant are disgusting. Given that. that this is a hotel for families with children, I can say that this is a serious problem - I had to go to the store for normal juice.
The staff is friendly, no complaints.

As for excursions, the prices of the tour operator are unjustifiably raised, especially since food is never included in the price. In short, we went to the neighboring village of Nei Pori (immediately to the left from the exit), there, near a large church, we found an agency where they speak Russian, I don’t remember what it was called, but it’s easy to find. We signed up for 5 excursions with them (fortunately, our boys are already 11 and 13 years old, they went everywhere with us), the prices are 2 times lower than those of the tour operator, and the programs are more interesting. We were very pleased, everything that the girl guides at the hotel frightened us about street agencies turned out to be fairy tales.
We visited Meteora, Skiathos, Thessaloniki, an excursion to thermal springs and waterfalls, as well as Olympus (I especially liked that we returned from this trip at 15:00, having managed to visit as many as 4 places, each of which gave enough time to walk and calmly take a photo, nobody rushed us).
The animation at the hotel was interesting, in the evenings we did not get bored))
In short, for those who have no special complaints about food, the hotel is quite suitable.
