From May 1 to May 8, my husband and I rested in Crete, Bali, Bali Mare 3 * hotel. I'll start in order. The plane was a night one, arrived at Heraklion airport at 5.30 local time. Tired, but in anticipation of rest, we went through passport control and went out into the city quite quickly, got on the bus, and drove off. We rested with Pegas Tourist. All is well, the holiday has begun. . . About accommodation: When we were brought to the hotel by 7 o'clock in the morning, the reception was locked. The accompanying guide Olya just left us at the entrance and quickly left, and finally told us to wait. Well, we waited until half past 9 am. At half past eight a man appeared in a T-shirt with the inscription "Bali Mare" and introduced himself in broken Russian, his name was Alex, and offered to enter the reception building. There, on the suitcases, we were waiting for our number for a couple of hours, like us, the lucky ones, there were 5 more people. Well, it happened, we got the coveted key to the room. . . But upon entering the room, joy was replaced by bewilderment, the room was teeming with mosquitoes. As Alex told us, the hotel has just opened after the winter and is undergoing renovations in full swing. So what are the numbers. True nature and the sea are wonderful. But I want to write, do not go to this hotel, for 3 * HE CLEARLY DOES NOT LOOK!! ! Spoil your impressions of the place. About food: There is no variety of dishes there at all. The feta cheese was only on the first day, and on the second day, the tomatoes also ran out. There is no choice of hot dishes, only red wine. In general, not everything is "on", but "everything is off". About the service: As our hotel guide Ayder told us, the room should be cleaned every day, towels are changed every 3 days, which means they should have been changed 2 times a week, but it wasn’t there! In our room, the garbage was removed and the towels were changed only on the 5th day of our stay !! ! And then only after 3 times the request. The room was full of all living creatures, huge slugs, ants and other representatives of the fauna. In general, as I concluded, the Greeks are the same gouging as the Russians. Therefore, they have a crisis, very lazy. The service is just VERY unobtrusive! Well, we really liked the island itself, beautiful mountains, clear sea. Greeks are very friendly people. . It's worth going there, but not to this hotel and not with a Pegasus tourist! Well, I would like to wish the Pegasus guides to be more attentive to their duties.
