In general, my first impression of them was also positive - the girls from the sales department are all nice, they answer any questions, which is called "without hesitation. " The hotel was chosen for a long time. We stopped at the Creta Royal Hotel. The girl positioned it for us as "4+", but on the Internet they write about it as from a 5-star hotel. My sister and I decided that 5 stars are more suitable for Crete. And so, in order. I won’t even talk about our tour operator, they are great, the quality of their work pleasantly surprised me. I will not praise the hotel to you, describing all its advantages - it's just exactly what faithfully corresponds to the declared status.
