The territory is shared with the Iberostar Creta Panorama, and these are also pools and restaurants that can be changed by simply notifying the reception. Wi-Fi in the room is available for a fee. There is one Russian channel on TV (Russia Planet). The reception has Russian-speaking staff. 3 swimming pools + 1 indoor + 1 for children. There are plenty of sunbeds by the pools for everyone. On the beaches (there are 3 of them), sunbeds are paid (4 euros) until 15-00, then everything is free. The beaches are small lagoons protected from the wind and waves. The water is very clean, small fish swim. The entrance to the water is mostly good. After passing through the territory of the I. C. Panorama hotel along the path along the sea, you can go through the gate (open from 9 to 18) to a large public, but not crowded equipped beach with a tavern. Here the waves walk without restrictions! Getting to the hotel is not difficult. From Heraklion airport by local bus (around the city) to the bus station (the driver will tell you where to get off and where to walk 500 meters). Ticket 1.1 euros. Then by bus number 100 from the bus station to Panormo (ticket 5.5 euros). Get out not in the village! And at the next stop about 3 km from Panormo. If the driver says that he does not know such a hotel, look out the right window yourself, the road runs 5 meters from the main entrance to the hotel. The hotel has a stop. Taxi airport - hotel 90 euros. Check in after 14:00. Those who have "all inclusive" can immediately, before settling, enjoy the benefits of bars. Separately, I want to say about food. We have never seen such a plentiful "buffet" anywhere! In one evening it is impossible even just to try all the variety! At least 4 full plates will be required to go through all the treats. And cook the 5th for fruit! Every morning is different from yesterday. I don't even count the standard ham, cheese, salami. 5 egg dishes, all kinds of roasts, potatoes, greens, juices (fresh for an extra charge), coffee, tea of ​ ​ all varieties, 8 types of ice cream! Animation will affect everyone! Of course, you can refuse any proposal, but the animators are really trying, they also speak Russian. There is something happening at the central pool from morning to evening. And after dinner, performances in the conference hall, live music in the lobby bar, cocktail parties and other show programs. Getting around the island is easier with a rented car. The hotel is more expensive, but the car is more impressive. There is an excellent highway in the north of the island. Where did we go: 1. Granbusa, Ballas Bay. In the west of the island is the confluence of 3 seas. The stunning sight is worth the 5 km of shaking on a gravel road, and then walking along a path with stone steps (down 20 minutes, up from 50 minutes if you are not an athlete) to go to the seas. You can drive by any car, but a jeep would be in place! Inquisitive goats will meet you on the way and in the parking lot - grab a treat for them! There are no shadows along the entire hiking trail! There are no umbrellas on the beach! Very windy. Calculate your strength! In the tavern near the parking lot you can buy water, cold juices and at reasonable prices. 2. Freshwater lake Kournas. In the mountains near Rethymno. Crystal clear water! Asphalt road, catamarans, cafes, souvenirs. It looks like Lake Rizza in Abkhazia. Grab a treat for the geese and ducks. They say that there are turtles in the lake, but they are very careful and do not show themselves. 3. Kykkos. The labyrinth of the minotaur is interesting to look at, if only for the sake of legends. Entrance fee 6 euros, Russian speaking guide 10 euros. Excursion 1.5 hours.
