I stayed at this hotel with my husband in September 2010. Good hotel for a relaxing holiday. The hotel has a large green area (shared with the Iberostar Panorama hotel), beautiful spacious rooms (we lived in bungalows). When settling in, we were pleasantly surprised when, instead of a room in the central building, we were given a bungalow with a beautiful view of the sea and accommodation in the center of the hotel complex! very responsive and attentive staff. Excellent cuisine, deliciously prepared with a sufficient selection of dishes. The animation of the hotel is very tactful, not imposed and not very noticeable. If you have a desire to participate in competitions and various entertainment events, you will have such an opportunity, because all ongoing events are offered, but not imposed. The location of the hotel is rather secluded, the nearest settlement is about 4 km (Panormo village), but despite the seclusion, there are convenient transport links. according to the schedule (which can be taken at the reception), city buses run to Rethymnon, Chania, Heraklion. What I didn’t like very much was the sea, because the open sea is only outside the hotel (min. 10-15 walk), the hotel has only closed bays, which are more like pools and there was not enough space for us. But for families with kids, it's great! We went on an excursion to Gramvusa - incredible beauty! White sand, clear water! An easy and not intrusive excursion - for those who are going to go, I recommend buying an excursion to Panormo at the Iakovos Travel agency - good service + the presence of a Russian-speaking guide who, in addition to the program, tells a lot of interesting facts about the island. Buying expensive excursions from operators does not make sense (PRICES ARE 2 TIMES EXPENSIVE, and the service is not inferior, and maybe even better than the operators offer). If it is possible, we will gladly go to about. Crete and have fun in this hotel
