Нам понравилось! We liked!

Stayed with my family (4 people) in this hotel. All liked it! at first they gave rooms on the 1st floor, they go to the hotel parking lot, but everything is blocked by a hedge, it was noisy, they asked to give us access to the garden, we were moved within 2 days, everything was very kindly organized. In general, the hotel staff is very friendly. Special thanks to Elena! She is our Russian girl who works at the reception and nursed us just like a mother : ) We didn’t see our guide, and we didn’t need him, Lena solved all our questions! The rooms are small but everything is acceptable. The beach is good, the food is excellent. We slept well, we didn’t hear roosters and goats (as some people write): ) Cicadas are buzzing in the morning, but you can’t get away from this anywhere in Crete.
I put the hotel 4 only for the fact that there is no pool with sea water and the air conditioner in the room does not work very well (although this is all uncritical) otherwise everything is EXCELLENT!
P. S. The tour was taken in the company "Southern Cross", we are very satisfied with their work, AK Transaero, departure and arrival without delay, everything is fine!
