Nice hotel, located close to the sea, excellent rooms. The cuisine is good, but not too varied compared to, for example, Spain of the same category of stars. Nice beach. By the way, for Crete - this is a rarity, because. the whole island is one solid rock. The town of Rethymno absolutely met our requirements: a large selection of shops, streets, restaurants (there was where to go). Not boring at all, even if you don't stay at the hotel! There are few nightclubs, if you want to hang out all night long - this is in Malia! We rented a car. We traveled all over the island and realized that we had made the right choice of the city. In terms of beauty, only Agios Nikolos can compete with Rethymno, but there is no beach at all, although there are also places to go. Elounda is beautiful, but too small. And the city of Chania is less beautiful and also without a beach. Greece is the most comfortable country for a holiday! And we visited many countries!
