And the majority of Russians in the hotel. So if the hotel does not want to lose customers in the future, then let them think. The staff is rude, does not fulfill its direct obligations - they simply do not clean the rooms well. After talking with them, all the other disadvantages, such as bad Wi-Fi, queues in the restaurant, already somehow seem like a trifle. Of course, not everything is so bad. But I could, with the same success, have a cheaper rest in a hotel.
