The rest began with an overlay in the work of TRANSAERO (all flights of this airline were registered at the same time), check-in for the flight took 1.5 hours (huge queues), as a result, I had to run to passport control on a run, then rush to the landing. It was very disappointing, because in We were at the airport in 3 hours, as expected. We didn’t have time to go to the duty free shop and generally had to be nervous. Then the troubles ended, we safely reached Rhodes.
At the airport, we were met by guides Natalie Tours and literally an hour later we were at the hotel. Placed quickly, we got a great room! Spacious, on the third floor, to the right of the main building. In the room we found white bathrobes (which was not even in a 5-star Turkish hotel), beach towels, an excellent bathroom with new plumbing. In general, this room was the best we have ever been! In addition to the main bed (large double) there was a sofa with a coffee table.
We settled down, drank tea, went to the beach. The beach is excellent, small pebbles, the sea is clean and warm-warm! The high density of water, it is impossible to drown, you can not swim at all, but just lie on the water! Very picturesque bay surrounded by mountains! On the second day of rest, we climbed the mountain on our own, to the right of the beach. We saw the nearby bays from a height of 300 m (this is the height of this mountain, according to the owner of the cafe next to it), received a lot of pleasant emotions from beautiful views.

I liked the food at the hotel, the all-inclusive system allows you not to spend money on food at all. Everything was delicious, varied. True, the fruits were mostly watermelons, sometimes oranges and bananas. Apparently just not the season for other fruits. We ate watermelons with pleasure, for breakfast and dinner))) There are not many sweets, which allows us not to gain weight unnecessarily. There were jelly, ice cream, one kind of cake for dinner.
I really liked the work of the hotel staff, all are friendly, do their job well.
During the rest, we visited 2 organized excursions from Natalie Tours - The beauty of the island of Rhodes and the Azure bays of Rhodes.
Both excursions are worthwhile, the first one allowed us to see the island as a whole, in a day we traveled around the west coast, saw the ancient city of Kamiros, visited a winery (tasted 5 types of delicious wines and bought especially liked ones), had lunch in a Greek taverna in the village of Embonas with an unlimited amount of homemade wine , then we continued our journey through the most picturesque places in an extremely cheerful mood. The bus stopped in places where especially beautiful views opened, we took pictures there. We visited the village of Sianna, olive oil is produced there, which everyone bought. There we tried all sorts of homemade tinctures and liqueurs, one especially tasty one we bought. The village is also famous for honey, but I am not a connoisseur, so I didn’t buy it (for me, this honey tastes the same as honey at Moscow honey fairs). We saw the knight’s fortress Monolithos from afar, they also photographed it. We got a very funny guide Peter, who sang songs and read poems on the way back. In general, the trip was fun and pleasant. There was really a small overlay, the excursion announced swimming in a picturesque place, and the guide did not know anything about it. As a result, at the urgent request, we were nevertheless given the opportunity to swim in the Aegean Sea)))
The second excursion was by sea, we sailed along the east coast of the island, stopping for swimming in 5 of the most beautiful coves. The trip was also fun, we saw all the coves and beaches from the sea, enjoyed the beautiful views, while swimming and sunbathing all day.

On our own, one day we went to seven springs (Epta Piges). It took about an hour and fifteen minutes one way. The path ran along the road, surrounded by pines and fragrant herbs, the smells are awesome! We also took pictures of pomegranates, olive trees, date palms and other plants along the way. We climbed into the valley of seven springs, walked through a dark tunnel (according to legend, it gives cleansing of negativity and rejuvenation))), took a picture of peacocks walking along the paths. In general, a rather picturesque place.
Also independently went for a walk in the city of Rhodes and Lindos. I personally liked Rhodes more, I was impressed by the palace of the great masters, the street of the knights, the picturesque port. We also visited the aquarium, saw the inhabitants of the underwater world of these places. already ancient (everything was built recently, in each building there are 1-2 really ancient bricks), in general, a remake. But beautiful views open from the acropolis, especially to St. Paul's Bay....We went down to it for swimming, took some beautiful photos bays.
In general, we really liked the trip, there is something to see in Rhodes! The sea is amazing, the sun, delicious food - what else do you need for a holiday!
There are also no complaints about the Blue Sky travel agency (which sold the tour) and Natalie Tours, which hosted us in Rhodes, everything was clear: the documents were ready on time, meeting at the airport, transfer back, excursions.
By the way, the weather was amazing all the time! You can safely go to Rhodes in the second half of September!
