Ужасный отель Terrible hotel

We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks at the end of May together with our 3 year old daughter. I do not recommend the hotel to anyone. The hotel is over 30 years old. We were on Rhodes for the second time, the first time we stayed in Aldemar. This is heaven and earth. As for the service: quite unfriendly Greeks work there. Upon arrival, the mini bar was not filled and there was not even water in the room. No one answered my calls to the front desk. Electronic room keys often recode themselves and you have to return to the reception to recode the key, often after waiting 10 minutes for elevators that often break down. When they sell you a garden view, you don't get a view of a garden, but of a rather busy road. Beach towels are not provided. There is no children's animation in Russian. The beach is pebbly and you need special shoes. The entrance to the sea is rocky. There will be problems with moving the sunbed closer to the sea, the lazy Greek immediately comes running and says that the sunbed cannot be rearranged, or even takes and throws off your things and moves the sunbed back if you are not nearby. In terms of nutrition: there is no children's menu. Juices are diluted so that it tastes like water with a few drops of juice added. From fruits - sliced ​ ​ ​ ​ apples, oranges and bananas and that's it. To feed the child, I had to go to the supermarket to buy drinking yogurt.
It is better not to go on excursions, you will pay only for traveling by bus, and on the spot you will be announced that you should be at the bus in an hour. It is much cheaper and better to rent a car for about 20-25 euros per day and drive around everything yourself.
I don’t advise anyone to travel with the Labyrinth tour operator - find yourself without support at all, and they will even forget to put you on the transfer lists and go to the airport by taxi, like we did.
