Just returned from vacation - Greece, Rhodes, Esperides. Vacation was a success! The hotel is excellent with a fairly large and well-planned territory - everything is very convenient for both adults and children. The room went to the new Annex Lindos building with a side sea view - no complaints! Everything is new, the furniture is modern, the bunk bed made our 8 year old daughter absolutely delighted!
Food cannot be compared with Turkey, because. Mediterranean cuisine is something special! EVERYTHING is very tasty, and most importantly, it is useful and easily absorbed by the body, apparently due to the large amount of olive oil. There were also sea delicacies, fish, but in our opinion it could have been more often! : )
For children, the Bibliosha mini club is a very convenient thing! We even left a child there once, while we ourselves went to Rhodes for the whole day - no problem! They are constantly engaged with them there, they do some crafts, and the presence of a trampoline, a carousel. autodrome, popcorn and cotton candy - also plays a very important role! : ))

About excursions. We traveled all but the valley of butterflies and the Cross in one day plus one day to the city of Rhodes. Antiquities there, to be honest, are somehow far-fetched... Yes, beautiful, local villages, villas - yes, Lindos is tiny, donkeys are fun, narrow streets are unusual, but the temple of Athena of Lindos on the mountain is mostly restored in our time, of course, they try to do antique, but still not the same... The same is true about the city of Rhodes. And the excursions themselves are quite expensive and what you can see in one day is divided into 2-3 half-day excursions. Therefore, one conclusion suggests itself - rent a car! This is much more interesting, the owner himself, he wanted to swim at the foot of Lindos - please, he wanted to have a bite to eat in an abandoned village - to your health, to the kiss of the seas, drive up to the sea itself - it's easy! In general, there are a lot of pluses. The money savings are multiple. We really had a bit of an incident with car rental at first. At a meeting with the hotel guides (the host of Beleon), the girls without batting an eye rub the following information: "Of course it is convenient to rent a car, but unfortunately, from January 1 this year, amendments to Greek legislation came into force, according to which car rental can be carried out ONLY for an international driver's license, otherwise a fine of 700 euros! " Everyone is in shock, many were counting on rent... We are on the Internet (by the way, Wi-Fi in the hotel is 7 euros per hour, but on the contrary, sit as long as you want to the cafe when ordering from 2 euros! ), We do not find any amendments, we also talked with Russian-speaking merchants - those, too, are not a dream or a spirit. In general, they spat. take the car and go! And on the other day, they witnessed a scene when a woman flew up to the guide girls with a scandal - she stayed at the police station, they explained to her that International rights are needed only for citizens who came on a work visa and work for more than 3 months! You have to sell tours somehow!
Of the minuses, I can only name entry into the sea - very rocky. but the problem is easily solved for 7 euros - buy slippers and go!
In general, the hotel is excellent, Rhodes is a very wonderful island, the heat is not felt there due to the constant strong wind, the Greeks are very friendly and unobtrusive! We recommend to everyone!
