We rested at the hotel from May 16 to May 28.2013. , a family of 4 people.
The check-in went quickly, they explained in English how to get to our building, well, we understood everything, because. The building was right in front of the pool.
The furniture is old, but most importantly, the shower and toilet worked properly, and we almost never visited the room. The room was 2-room, which we were incredibly happy about!!! ! A large room is combined with a kitchen, there is a stove, sink, refrigerator, hanging cabinets, bar stools. The room itself has 2 sofas, a coffee table, a couple of chairs, and a TV (hanging on the wall). The bedroom had a wardrobe, 2 beds (combined), a mirror. Large balcony, exit from each room overlooking the bar and pool. Slept well at night, especially the music is not audible. By the middle of the holiday there were mosquitoes.

We really liked the food, much more than Egypt and Turkey, which made us very happy, because. a 9-year-old child ate everything and did not harm.
Usually for breakfast there were: canned peaches (mmm) or fruit mixture (pineapples, bananas, etc. ), yogurts, milk + chocolate balls and cereals, cheese, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, cake, honey, jams, shock paste, fried bacon, coffee in separate pots.
At lunch, they used to give spaghetti, french fries (almost every day), eggplant, zucchini, fish, meat, chicken (often), Greek salad, herbs, cucumbers, cabbage, sauces, olive oil, wine vinegar, sweets, fresh fruits (apples , apricots, bananas), ice cream, wine (red and white), beer, juices.
For dinner, almost the same as for lunch, but + soup.
All the food is very similar to ours, so there were no stomach problems for 12 days (the first-aid kit was not useful). The food is really of a good standard.
There is a souvenir shop on the territory of the hotel, but we didn’t buy anything in it, we found better deals elsewhere.
For entertainment, there is billiards (1 euro for a fee), children's swings, a volleyball net is stretched.
The pool is nice and big, the maximum depth is 1.4 m. Sunbeds are located around the pool, as well as on the lawn near the hotel buildings. There is Internet 15 euros for the entire stay, only in the hotel lobby.
The hotel is 90% Russian, there are Poles, Germans... the latter almost always lie by the pool) Many children of different ages.
The beach is 15 min. calm walk. We love to walk, so distances do not scare us. There are 2 ways to the sea, along a parallel street or through the field (from the hotel to the right, 300 meters straight along the road and in front of the tennis court turn left into the field onto the path, the landmark is a construction crane on the beach). Sunbeds are paid. The beach is beautiful, the sea is beautiful, but the underwater world is rather poor. Huge selection of cafes.

We rented a car for 3 days at the hotel for 75 euros (almost the same for gasoline). The girl speaks fluent Russian, she will explain and tell everything. There you will also receive a map of the island, everything is written in English on the map. But when you go, all the signs are in Greek))) and they are not very similar. We used to wander. We couldn’t find this cross on the mountain))) only everyone quarreled) But we went to the kiss of the seas, the city of Lindos, we didn’t manage to get into the fortress, when we arrived everything was already closed, but we walked around the town and sunbathed in the bay , the views are great. Traffic on the road is calm. There is a small serpentine, but not much.
We bought ourselves magnets, the average price is 1 euro, the freshest olive oil (produced by Rhodes), olives, we also bought things for the winter: a sheepskin coat for my husband, a fox fur vest for these 2 things they gave 750 euros and my mother a fox fur coat, knee length price 700 euros, they bargained for everything (bought in a store from the factory 21 km towards Lindos).
We went once by bus to Rhodes, the schedule hangs at the bus stop (it's right next to the hotel), it's better to prepare small money for a ticket.
Dinner in Rhodes in the old town on the square cost us 52 euros for two. We ordered modestly, fresh orange for everyone, grilled shrimp (huge), brought with french fries, tomato and lemon, Greek salad, also a huge portion, and Dorado fish also with potatoes, lemon. Delicious. Cards are not accepted.
There is an exchanger only in Rhodes in the old town, on the square, you will not exchange rubles for euros anywhere else!
You also need to pay attention to the work schedule of the Greeks, Sunday is a day off for almost everyone, and on weekdays they can work until 2 pm, or sleep)
We really liked Rhodes for its beauty, aromas of flowers, seas, mountains....we drove around it up and down. Next time we will go to another place, but we will definitely advise everyone we know.
