We were in 2008. We flew the next day after the wedding. To say that I really liked it is to say nothing! Amazing vacation. The hotel impresses with its secluded cove with rocky terrain (selected on purpose). And this compares favorably with other hotels, stuck along the coast to each other and differing only in the color of beach umbrellas! Just a paradise for those who like to swim with a mask. Does not border with other hotels. Very kind and helpful staff. Some learn Russian and communication with us was invaluable for them, because there are practically no Russians in the hotel. %50 are Germans. There were also Dutch and other Europeans. Only one Russian family rested with us at the same time. Rest I would call peaceful, family. For lovers of parties and noisy companies, choose other hotels or, as an option, go to Rhodes, since it is nearby. During our vacation, the European Football Championship was held, this is when our enchanting! The atmosphere in the bars of the hotel is super! Everyone lived for football. The same Dutch after a loss came up and shook hands with us, congratulated us, because since we were sick, no one was sick! The only small minus of the hotel is that it is a bit far from the sea and back up the hill, but electric cars are constantly scurrying around and delivering those who wish. The food is normal, we didn’t go hungry, though the Greek salad “gored”! Greek parties are cool. Those who wish are taught to dance sirtaki. In short, I liked it very much. And I really want to come back. Now my daughter is already two years old and we are choosing a place to rest. Maybe Kalithea again!! !
