Супер отдых!!! Super vacation!!!

Rested at the Lomeniz hotel in June 2012. The hotel is wonderful, you can safely give 4 stars instead of the existing 3. Very cozy, well-groomed area, clean everywhere, rooms with excellent repairs, everything is new, a bath instead of a boring shower, a small but roomy, large swimming pool, clean water, lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. The staff is friendly and very helpful, even speaks a little Russian. Cleaned every day, linen changed every 3 days, clean towels - every day. The kitchen is good, in the Greek style, the food was very tasty, everything was fresh, delicious Greek pies with honey, we overate at breakfast !! ! The sea and the beach are 100 meters from the hotel, there are also sunbeds and umbrellas (if I'm not mistaken 4 euros per person), the sand is not very clean, because the beach does not belong to any hotel, but there are few tourists around, as well as people in general, no one lies on your head, the beach is very large, there is a shower. The beach is sandy, and the seabed itself with small pebbles, you can safely walk barefoot. We swam with a mask, collected beautiful seashells as a keepsake : ). Compared to other seas (Faliraki or Lindos, for example), ours was the cleanest - in Faliraki at the bottom you could find a bunch of garbage, I don’t think it’s pleasant to swim in such water. We took only breakfast and did not regret it for a second - there are excellent restaurants not far from the hotel, on the waterfront, prices, unlike restaurants in the city center, are lower by 3-4 euros, you can eat for two for 10-15 euros, you can take one serving for two, t. The Greeks are food lovers and their portions are large. Also in the hotel area there are exactly Greek taverns, not designed for tourists, but in which the Greeks themselves eat - the food is even tastier there, and the prices are the same. Things to try are the famous Greek salad, moussaka (delicious casserole), souvlaki (tender chicken skewers in a tortilla, with vegetables and spices), fish, frappe iced coffee, freshly baked bread and homemade red wine. Walking distance to the center is 20 minutes, receptione will tell you the shortest way. If you don’t plan to travel far, rent a scooter - 150 meters from the hotel you can rent it for 10-15 euros per day, refuel for 5 euros and you can ride around the area all day. A 10-minute drive from the hotel there is a LIDL supermarket, prices are very cheap, buy delicious Greek wine for 3-5 euros, Greek hard cheese - 3 euros, feta - 2 euros. Be sure to take a boat to the city of Lindos, you will not regret it - the town is small, very narrow streets, snow-white houses, and at the very top - the Acropolis, from which a breathtaking view opens up. By the way, feel free to take an excursion to Lindos right on the waterfront in the old town, it costs 20 euros, just choose the yacht that is the most decent (we sailed on the yacht Sofija). Walk around the Old Town of Rhodes, there are many souvenir shops, walk along the promenade and the port of Mandraki, the photos will be cool. If you are going to Rhodes for impressions, my advice is not to take all inclusive, otherwise you will not see anything except the hotel and the pool. The island is unusually beautiful, a lot of greenery, the Greeks are normal people, they will help, tell you the way. We were very satisfied and will definitely return there.
