Hotel more or less. In 2008, only half of the hotel was renovated, and the rest looked so-so, especially the corridors and doors - greetings from the scoop. But the room itself was pretty nice, small but comfortable, with a fridge-mini-bar, TV, kettle and hairdryer. The air conditioner is paid, but it was not very hot. We took only breakfast, fed monotonous, but edible, only bad coffee. Nearby, on the embankment, there are wonderful cafes, where the food was really tasty and inexpensive. Also the sea view is awesome.
The hotel is focused mainly on Finns, Russians are rarely there. In addition to us, there was another 1 couple and that's it.
The hotel is located in a quiet location within walking distance from the beach; moreover, this is the windy coast of Rhodes, i. e. a refreshing breeze blows all the time and it is not hot on the beach, but Turkey is visible on the horizon. To the Old Town, the port and other sights of the city of Rhodes on foot 20-30 minutes. The hotel is suitable for active tourists who prefer to walk a lot, go on excursions and require a comfortable overnight stay from the hotel.

By the way, I would advise such active people to find a bus station near the port. In some interesting places, for example, in Lindos, you can easily go by bus on your own, so as not to overpay for the tour.
