Hello! We rested on Sithonia in Assa Maris in September 2013, we are going to this hotel again. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was very pleased with its architecture - many two-story bungalows built in the traditional Greek style with red roofs. The place is very picturesque with an excellent sandy beach, the beach is wide, there are many sunbeds and umbrellas, but beach towels are 15 euros per week. Despite the fact that the hotel works on an all-inclusive basis, there are many services for an extra charge, you have to put up with this if you are coming here. Breakfast, lunch and dinner - a good choice, deliciously cooked, but there was no fish, to eat seafood we went to Neas Marmaras to a fish tavern, there were also few fruits and desserts, otherwise there was always a Greek salad, olives, pasta, potatoes, rice, sometimes Greek dish - moussaka, always several meat dishes, everything is delicious. The animation is unobtrusive, dancing, yoga, aerobics during the day, there is no entertainment in the evening, there is a mini club for children, but children's animators only speak English. In September, the air conditioner was paid, and in the season - July, August, as they explained to us, it is free, it's a shame, but okay, we refused the air conditioner, in September it is not really needed, in the evening it is always pleasantly cool and if you open the balcony, it is not stuffy, mosquitoes and other insects did not disturb. The hotel has a good tennis court, you can play for free, there is only one pool, combined with a children's pool, with fresh water, a lifeguard was constantly on duty around it. I think the hotel is at a good level, besides this the beach and the place itself are just great, but not suitable for those who need civilization nearby, it is not here, if you want to leave, you need a car to rent.
