Review:
We stayed at this hotel for two weeks in July. Traveled with Mouzenidis. Meals were taken by FB. The settlement went quickly. There are always Russian-speaking staff at the reception (as well as in gestrelation).
1. Number. They took the standard, large enough. For a child, a folding sofa (a la a folding bed), terribly uncomfortable. Room cleaning is disgusting. Constantly not reported one towel for the child. The glasses were not washed in the room. The dust from the tables and shelves is not wiped, by the end of the rest it was possible to draw pictures. Linen is changed daily. The floor is carpeted, although some rooms have laminate.

I'm usually not very sensitive about cleaning the room, because. we are pretty careful. When I read the reviews, I did not pay attention to the negative regarding the cleaning of the rooms, but on the spot it turned out to be very significant. For example, the maid who made the bed, throws off the children's pajamas (our things too) on the floor and all this remains until we arrive. After this incident, I went to the reception to swear, on the trail. Day cleaning in the room was better than usual, but a day later everything was back to normal.
2. The area is large enough with a large pool for adults. There are children. swimming pool with imitation slide. This slide was painted several times, but apparently the paint is still actively cracking, the result is a scratched child. Slides (three) for adults in the neighboring Sithonia Hotel for a fee. The playground is small with a perpetually wet lawn, more like a swamp. Behind the hotel there is a pier (Marina), where there is a mini market, a couple of shops of a neglected kind with different nonsense. There are also trampolines for children and slot machines - a huge plus for vacationers with children.
3. Sea, beach. The sea is the biggest plus of this hotel. It is the purest. Spent all the time there. The beach is not sandy as advertised. It is somewhere between small pebbles and sand. For our child, this was of course a minus, because. it was not possible to build castles and Easter cakes on the beach.
There are enough loungers. But it all depends on the occupancy of the hotel. When we arrived, the hotel was almost 100% full. Sunbeds at 8 am remained free only from the third row. Staff walks along the beach in the morning and makes sure that the sunbeds are not occupied in advance. Throws off things and towels if there are no vacationers on the sunbeds. A week later, the hotel was noticeably empty, and coming to the beach by 9 in the morning we found places on the first line.
The system for issuing beach towels is not clear. You are given cards, in exchange for which you get towels. This seems to be logical. But when you receive towels, you must name the room number, they note in some journal that you have been given three towels, in the evening when they take cards, they delete you from this journal. Creepy uncomfortable. Somehow we didn’t hand over our towels in the evening, they simply didn’t change them for us in the morning, they forced us to go to the reception and sort it out.

4. SPA. Went a couple of times for different types of massage. I got a wonderful girl, I liked everything very much. But my husband didn't like it at all. When at the exit they asked for an opinion about the procedure received, it was said to the husband’s remark: “Well, she (the masseuse) is just learning. ”
5. Animation Entertainment All animation takes place at the Sithonia Hotel, we went there only for a mini-disco. I can’t say that it’s super, but our child really liked it, so we visited regularly.
6. Food The main minus of the hotel. The food is VERY poor. Fruit is in abundance. But this is half the trouble, the husband poisoned himself in the middle of the vacation. When they began to communicate on the beach with compatriots, it turned out that almost all the children had been ill with food poisoning. All this is accompanied by a high temperature. One girl said that she went to the doctor at the hotel with this problem, to which she replied that she had already had five such complaints in the morning. After that, the hotel began to actively wash with bleach, so there was nothing to breathe. Chlorine in the form of a powder was poured into the pool in the morning in a large amount. I thought there were more modern and safer types of pool water disinfection. They observed a picture that in the middle of the day they could kick out all the swimmers in the pool and begin to actively chlorinate it. Apparently, they were afraid of rotavirus.
For families with children who are going to relax in this hotel, I will describe in more detail the deficiencies in nutrition. Diet. There is no table in the hotel. The porridge is the same every morning. Soups only in the evening and then not always suitable for a child. Lunch is held in a cafe near the beach, where fast food and pasta are actively presented. Feeding a child in this hotel is a BIG problem.

7. Mouzenidis. The hotel guide is a blonde with an absent look (I don’t remember the name). She listens to all your problems and questions with complete indifference, after which she writes down the room number with a promise that as soon as she finds out something, she will immediately report it. Naturally, after the conversation, she never called back and did not leave messages. On a second visit, she tries for a long time to remember the essence of the request to her and brushes off the usual phrases.
8. Conclusion The hotel is definitely not worth the money. There is no desire to visit him again.
