The hotel is quite decent. It's worth the trip, but there are a number of complaints.

We arrived at the hotel at 16:00 local time (the flight was delayed). Settled very quickly, after 15 minutes I was already smoking on the balcony of my room. Here thanks to the guides of the tour operator Mouzenidis-Travel, who were busy every minute. Now for each item in more detail:
1. Number. The room got a good one, on the 6th floor (top floor). Although I booked Golf View, I got Side Sea View, which is nice. There are no problems with elevators. You can also walk down. The room is clean and tidy. True, it was slightly flowing from the ceiling, but I did not complain, I just set up a bucket. There is plenty of furniture, hangers, bedside tables in the room, it is easy to scatter all your belongings. TV with Russian channels (Culture, Moscow 24, STS and some other). Shower gels, shampoos, wipes, toilet paper - everything is there, updated daily. Sponge or washcloth, toothbrush should be taken with you (or bought in a store nearby). The refrigerator in the room turned out to be weak, although you get cold beer from it, but after 5-6 hours.
The air conditioning in the room is noisy. I got used to it after 2 days. I would like it to be cooler, although the temperature in the room is quite comfortable. But these are the features of the system itself (individual split, of course, is better). The room was cleaned daily. There are no complaints. Towels were changed (if they were thrown into the bath), the bed was removed, garbage was collected, the carpet was vacuumed, the tables were wiped. Advice: do not squander tips on maids.

The windows are indeed soundproof - do not deceive.
The main disadvantage is the paid WiFi in the rooms. Gentlemen, well, you have a top-class hotel, how is it possible? In eateries in Neos Marmaras, and even in summer cafes in the same city on the beach, it is free.
2. Hotel infrastructure. The hotel is really huge, there is a shop in the lobby where you can buy essentials (sun creams, beach shoes, T-shirts, umbrellas), you can buy cigarettes, chocolates, i. e.
, all that was not at hand (I went there for a corkscrew, since Greek bottles of wine cannot be opened with a finger). There is also a souvenir shop, a shop with wine from its own winery (by the way, good wine). Both inside and outside you can go to the free toilets. Also everything is clean and tidy. There are two ATMs (swallows Russian cards, spits out euros).
The hotel staff speaks Russian. Everyone is friendly, although I didn’t turn to anyone with a showdown (I didn’t come there to swear).
There is a casino in the hotel lobby. I won almost 650 euros there. Although, I do not call anyone to play.
3. Nutrition. I don't know why the food in this hotel is so bad-mouthed. Stayed under the All Inclusive Premium program. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners - all very worthy. Very diverse, lots of everything, everything is fresh. For breakfast: cereals, eggs, omelettes, cottage cheese, yogurt, cold cuts, yes. actually, a lot of things. Lunches and dinners are practically the same.
There is meat, fish, pastries, salads, side dishes, sweets, fruits. Juices, beer, wine, tea, coffee - as much as you want. There are no soups (well, Greeks don't eat soups). There are enough places in the restaurant even if each guest sits at a separate table. By the time you reach the end of the distribution with a plate, you already understand that you won’t eat it all. So you won't go hungry there. Missed lunch, no problem. Before dinner, you can have a snack with sandwiches, snacks, fruits, which can also be taken next to the bar (also included).

The restaurant has a dress code. Not in tuxedos, of course, but in shorts, a T-shirt and slates you can’t go there. Although, it was not particularly observed and the staff did not make any comments.
4. Territory of the complex. Here above all praise. Yes, there are places where the grass is scorched - there are no automatic sprinklers. But for the most part, no complaints. There is where to walk, sit on the benches in the shade. If you want - take a bike for rent (although it costs there, like 20 euros per hour - my car cost 35 euros per day).
Free parking. Even during peak season it is 5-10% full. Beautiful marina (port for ships). A boat runs from it to Neos Marmaras on schedule, but I never rode it (I had a car).
Animators work on the territory. The program, I wouldn’t say that it’s like in Disneyland, but they can take it: darts, volleyball, aqua aerobics, dancing. We also thank them for keeping the kids entertained. Let them do something instead of crying on the beach.
5. Beach and sea. The beach, to be honest, is hard to call sandy. There are big stones in the sand. The sand is not sieved. Although, 9 km of the beach - go and see. Umbrellas and sunbeds for hotel guests - all free of charge. How to distinguish hotel guests from those who came from a neighboring village - I did not understand. You can always find a free sunbed. In the evening, the staff puts the sunbeds back (it happens that tourists take them to where it is convenient for them). It would be nice to dispose of broken sunbeds, sharp parts often stick out of them.
For smokers there are pots with sand (use as an ashtray). Since, according to the rules of the hotel, drinks are given only in plastic cups - there is no broken glass and cannot be. The sea (more precisely, the Toronic Gulf) is the cleanest, absolutely transparent. No silt. The distance allowed for swimming (to the buoys) is more than sufficient. If you walk a little towards Neos Marmaras, the entry into the sea is shallow, which can be useful for children.

Summing up all that has been said, I would like to say that the complex is quite worthy in order to go there. There was no disappointment in my eyes.

But there are small flaws that I would like the administration to pay attention to:
1. As I said, this is Internet access. Well done for making an Ethernet socket in the rooms. But you make this service free - it costs practically nothing.
2.
Guests are issued cards for using the bar, beach infrastructure (the same card is the key to the room). Gentlemen, well, after all, the card is very easy to lose. And from the impact of water, the yellow All Inclusive Premium sticker, which the bar and restaurant workers look at, becomes unusable. Why not use wrist bracelets?
3. I would like the guest in the room to be able to individually turn off the balcony lighting, which is turned on / off centrally. Although it does not shine through the curtains, it is always pleasant to wake up from the dawn. And so - you have to curtain and wake up in the dark (as in Russia in winter).

Well, special thanks to Mouzenidis-Travel for the excellent work and well-organized vacation. You are truly professionals. To Greece only with you.
