The hotel is located in the southern part of the island, which has surprised us many times with its panoramas and diversity of nature. The hotel complex is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the sea, rocks and Mount Athos.
Although the beach is not located right next to the hotel, there is a free shuttle service during the day, which turned out to be very convenient. The beach is very clean and located in a small quiet natural bay.
As for the hotel itself, everything was convenient and handy: Wi-Fi within the hotel, good food, a comfortable room with beautiful views in any direction. In addition to relaxing on the beach, there was always something to do - billiards, tennis, live music on Fridays and Saturdays, everything turned out to be extremely interesting and pleasant. I rested with my mother 58 years old and a child 3 years old. The rooms are good, bright and clean. However, due to the lack of mosquito nets, there are a lot of mosquitoes, the child was bitten all over, despite the use of 2 Raptors. Since the hotel beach is very rocky with an abundance of sea urchins, you should definitely have swimming slippers. These can be bought in Potos (5 km from the hotel, by taxi 20 euros round trip) for 4-5 euros.
It is also worth considering when traveling that the area is mountainous, the hotel is located above the sea, so the pressure jumps in older people, although it is clear that there are enough snakes in Greece. Since the hotel beach is very rocky with an abundance of sea urchins, you should definitely have swimming slippers. These can be bought in Potos (5 km from the hotel, by taxi 20 euros round trip) for 4-5 euros.
It is also worth considering when traveling that the area is mountainous, the hotel is located above the sea, so the pressure jumps in the elderly, my mother spent the entire rest in the room. In addition, they forgot the tonometer at home...

We were warned the day before that you need to check out of the room at 9.30 in the morning, while all over the world check-out is at 12.00. The reason - you need to quickly clean up, then to accommodate new guests. Conversations with the hotel manager led to the fact that he personally allowed my family to check out at 11.30, the rest of the people, 35 people, checked out at 9.30. Since that time, except for the water from the cooler, we could not use, everyone was sitting and lying at the reception. The bus came for us at 2:30 pm. ahead of us was a long hard road to Moldova at 26:00!! ! But the hotel staff on the day of checkout was already indifferent and even rude. The child was denied a glass of juice from the bar - my baby remembered "kaput" for a long time.

Who likes to bask in the sand - a shuttle bus runs from the hotel to the chic popular sandy beach of Psili Ammos (umbrellas and sun loungers for an extra charge). The distance to this beach is 2 km; it would be hot to walk around like that now.
As for the rooms - I call them "standard hotel style", without frills, everything you need, in bright colors, an excellent balcony - everything suited us. There is a curtain in the shower - but it seems to be a “trick” of many Greek hotels, because we encounter such a shower every time.
So the holiday was a success! Memories warm now when it's raining outside. And I really want to go back.

We especially remember the Eye of Zeus lagoon and Golden Beach. The food at the hotel is good, the choice is large, varied, everything is fresh. Breakfast: cereal, sliced ham and cheese, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, several types of jams, toast and muffins. Tea, coffee and juice are free. Dinner: several types of meat, a couple of side dishes, several seafood dishes, fish, fruits, various desserts and delicious ice cream! Near the hotel is the monastery of the Archangel Michael, which offers a stunning view! Aeria Hotel is a great place for a family vacation. Recommended to anyone who wants to spend their holidays in peace.
