I was "lucky" to rest at this hotel in August, with my family.
The transfer from the airport took 5 hours, although in the return direction only 3 hours. Upon arrival, we had to pay 10 euros per night of tourist tax. Check-in was quick and convenient. In the morning, we asked for a towel at the reception, as it turned out, such a service costs 4 euros per towel, according to them it is a rental, you can only use it at the pool. from ALL inclusive only the name, there is no water in the room, only for money in the supermarket, which by the way belongs to the owner of this hotel. Food is something with something, either semi-finished products or what they didn’t eat in the morning, and a little pasta. The assortment is minimal. A bunch of wasps and flies in the dining room, there is no air conditioning, in the morning even less, at lunch you look for shade. Drinks in the bar, shmurdyak and even diluted, cola is poured into a bottle in the utility room. Juices for children, forget about them at the bar, but only for alcoholic cocktails, no one pours them separately for children, they send them to the machines, with a mess they call juices. The rooms are nice, but not very comfortable, the partition in the bathroom is too small so that after bathing there is water standing in the bathtub, you can't relax on the balcony because there are no partitions between them.
Pros: nice staff, but not enough of them, good room cleaning, location (beach nearby).
Cons: food, attitude towards vacationers, saving on everything possible.
