So in order.
We arrived in Zakynthos quite early, at about 9-30 local time. Passed through passport control, then we were met by musedenis, loaded onto a bus and taken to Laganas. Moreover, there were not many of us, about 15 people. The rest from the plane (and this is about 130 people) were taken by another bus to other villages.
The first thing that caught my eye upon arrival at the hotel: live it looks much more beautiful than in the pictures. Which is already fun. At the reception they said that the room was not yet ready, but the bracelets had already been put on and we could use all the services of the hotel (and we arrived at 10-30). After walking around the territory, having a snack near the bar, an hour later we returned - the room was ready and we calmly settled into it. What I personally liked was that there were no boys who carry luggage (and I didn’t see them with anyone), since there is usually no small money for tips, and you don’t really want to give large ones. The room was the same size as in a standard 3 *, the bathroom pleased: 2 sinks, a hairdryer, a mirror for the entire bath, a shower (although it was a bit small for me, but I managed), a toilet. All plumbing Roca (Spain). Everything was maybe not new, but it worked well. In general, the repair in the room was: no smudges, no dark spots, etc. The floor was laminate, not tile, which was also nice. The balcony has a continuous fence, so that a small child could be safely released there. The room has an almost silent air conditioner: at night it does not interfere with sleep at all. There is no Wi-Fi in the room: it constantly connects and disconnects. The truth at the reception works stably without disconnections.

On the way from the reception to the restaurant there is a large hall with sofas and a billiard table. Big telly. On the 2nd floor above the hall is another one with a terrace.
The restaurant itself left a double impression: everything was always deliciously prepared, but the choice of dishes was not very large. Fruits are usually apples, oranges for breakfast, and watermelons and melons for dinner and lunch. Not much meat. The fish was usually the common pangasius. Soups are mostly just vegetable. Delicious desserts, but there are only 1-2 of them to choose from. Breakfasts are all like a blueprint - almost the same thing. We never left hungry and it was still delicious.
The territory of the hotel is large enough, well-groomed, all in greenery. There are 2 pools, we can say that 3: an adult 0.9-3 m deep, a children's pool with a dolphin (the fountain did not work for him) - 0.5 m and a completely children's one between an adult and a child's ankle-deep. There is a bar near the pool, where from 10-00 to 23-00 various drinks, tea, coffee can be drunk in any quantity from 10-00 to 18-00 near the bar you can have a snack: sandwiches, cookies (like whom all inclusive, but ate everything), a tennis table, a billiard table, too, near the bar. On the other side of the bar there were "cuttlefish" on which it was very convenient to sit in the evening (taking into account that the places overlooking the sea near the bar were almost always occupied). Approximately every evening different events took place, either they play the violin, then they arrange Greek dances, then...
On the 4th floor of the central building (where the reception is located) there is a Garden Room - another bar that is open from 21-00 to 24-00. From there, a magnificent view of the hotel from above opens.
In addition, there are 2 playgrounds on the territory. One of them seems to be new from tour operator Arkle. There was a fly in the ointment on this site - the animators were German, so they dealt exclusively with German children, they simply ignored all other children. Which was very annoying.

The hotel is right next to the municipal beach. The price of 2 sun loungers and an umbrella is standard - 6 euros. However, we always took places on sun loungers near the pool and it was not difficult for us to walk an extra 20 meters to the sea. Oh yes, I almost forgot. Beach towels at the hotel are paid - 1 euro per towel per day. If you are not satisfied, then you can buy in the village for 3.5-5 euros for one towel.
Now, about the sea itself: after the Black Sea, I was simply delighted: transparent, warm. After dinner, in general, as you bathe in the bathroom. Indeed, very salty. Of all living creatures - small fish, and even those swam only near the shore. The entrance to the sea is so gentle that after 30 meters from the shore you are only knee-deep. True, it got deeper, but not much.
The village of Laganas itself is very noisy, however, due to the remote location of the hotel from the main street, the noise is not heard at all. In the evening they ride quads and mopeds. Approximately in the evening until 23-00 they make noise in the PURE bar. However, at 23-00 they always subside, and if you are in a room with a closed balcony, then you can’t hear anything either.
Since the main street of the village is very noisy, many of the Russian speakers with children went to the side street, which you get to if you turn right from the main exit. It is much quieter and easier to walk with children. True, we often went to the village after breakfast, while all the young people in the village were still sleeping off the nightly festivities. By the way, there were many families with children in the hotel, however, mostly non-Russian speakers.
About excursions: Musedenis has its own prices, higher than if you look in Laganas. True, you will receive a Russian-speaking guide, and in the village almost all excursions are in English. So, if you speak English, you can look for cheaper ones. If the Russian is principled, then this is only at Musedenis, they are the only ones with a Russian guide. True, on sea excursions (look at turtles in a carriage-carriage, swim in Navagio Bay, cruise around the island), you won’t even notice the absence of a Russian-speaking guide: everyone swims - and you can swim, everyone went ashore and you go there too. In general, everyone chooses his own. If you choose excursions in English, then I recommend MyTours.

The overall impression of the hotel is very pleasant. I recommend it to everyone for families with children. One of the best hotels on the island.
