It was the first time in GREECE, I rested with my family on Zakynthos in Klelia Beach Hotel in tubes from 07/02 to 07/13/2015. Literally everything amazed and surprised me here.

I never write reviews about hotels and how the tour went. I spend every vacation for 18-20 years at sea in different countries. As they say came looked, rested and home. It was the first time in GREECE, I rested with my family on Zakynthos in Klelia Beach Hotel in tubes from 07/02 to 07/13/2015. Literally everything amazed and surprised me here. Comfortable, I had to stay up all night. We arrived at 7 o'clock in the morning, I was a little tired, due to my already advanced age. NASTYA met us at the airport, when she smiled at us with her friendly smile, told us what and how, fatigue vanished. As it turned out later, she was our guide at the hotel. But I will write about her later. We arrived at the hotel very quickly, literally in 10 minutes, I didn’t even have time to see anything. When I got off the bus and walked to the hotel, a cat ran across my path, well, I think there will be no rest, but it turned out quite the opposite. And now about everything in order.
1. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted as dear guests, or rather, even as very good relatives. We were placed quickly within an hour, first those who had small children, and then everyone else, although we were warned that accommodation would be after 2 pm. .
2. The hotel is not big, but very cozy and comfortable at home. Surprisingly everything worked in the rooms after previous trips. The rooms are very clean and the surrounding area was also in perfect order. What struck me was that I did not see any maids or cleaners, the impression was as if cleanliness and order were being put in place by myself. Only true professionals can do this.
3. Bar. The bar has a large number of all sorts of drinks, for every taste and color. How the bartenders worked without exception, in particular Natasha and the guys (I apologize for not remembering your names) - it’s just a very beautiful dance, a Greek dance. They just guessed by their eyes what the client wants to order at the moment, even if he was in dark glasses.
4. Kitchen. I can’t describe the food in this hotel in words, it’s a song. Chef Nikolos is a cook from God, or rather GOD-COOKING. My tender and old stomach did not make sounds of discomfort at all, as it was in Turkey, that I was afraid to move away 10 meters further from the room, because I won’t have time. I tried food in other hotels with friends a couple of times, where they stayed, they fed well, but you can’t compare with our cook.
5. Hotel manager. Such a clear and well-coordinated work of all the hotel staff could only be organized thanks to the sensitive and caring top manager and owner GEORGIS.
6. Guides. I was very lucky this time with guides (Nastya, VADIM, OLGA). I usually take 1-2 excursions where I go. But thanks to Anastasia and her stories, this time I took as many as 4 excursions. I usually fall asleep on excursions if she takes the bus at 10 minutes. But thanks to Vadim and his very interesting and competent stories about Greece, I could not close my eyes.
Olga fulfilled any whim of tourists, even helping to purchase various amulets and bags from holy places. Nastya, Vadim and Olga thank you very much for the wonderful excursions.
Well, that seems to be all. The place is wonderful, the hotel is beautiful, the sea is clean, I have never seen anything like it. You can’t imagine a better place to relax with children. There are a lot of children in the hotel, but I didn’t see any of them crying, and if anyone was capricious, these are those who were not allowed by their parents to try an alcoholic cocktail (just kidding). It’s like that it’s good that even swallows manage to breed two offspring, but you can’t deceive nature.

This time I went on holiday with my parents. They were looking for a quiet family hotel that was not very noisy, but also that there was a developed infrastructure nearby. And they found such a hotel - Clelia. We were greeted very warmly here, a pleasant man worked at the reception. We arrived in the morning but were only able to check in at 2pm.

The room is cozy, there is a TV with Russian channels, free air conditioning and free internet, it worked almost flawlessly, so I was always in touch with my friends. The food was amazing, this is a three star hotel and the food is better than in many fours. And the restaurant has Russian female waitresses, which is also nice, since it's hard to find Russian-speaking people here. Near the restaurant there are two swimming pools - one for children and one for adults. Through the restaurant you can go to the beach, but I liked another place on the same beach, 200-300 meters from the hotel. As soon as you leave the hotel, you are surrounded on all sides by souvenir shops, cafes, bars, taverns. But there are no nightclubs nearby, they are all located 3 kilometers from Kalamaki. But in these taverns, theme parties are held, like in a hotel. Clelia hosts Greek evenings with traditional Greek dances, as well as karaoke evenings. In general, we did not get bored on vacation, it was fun, and the hotel guide did not let us get bored. I am getting married in 2 months and we are already discussing this hotel for a honeymoon trip.

This is where you can relax both body and soul. The territory of the hotel is not very big, but the nature is beautiful. Everywhere beautiful palm trees with dates! Bushes and trees look very nice too! The rooms are especially pleasing with their minimalism, spaciousness and cleanliness, the view from the room to the pool, the sea and the entire hotel.

Bushes and trees look very nice too! The rooms are especially pleasing with their minimalism, spaciousness and cleanliness, the view from the room to the pool, the sea and the entire hotel. The cuisine also pleased with its diversity. For children there is a separate playground with swings, a sandbox and a bunch of children's joys, a tennis table. The hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly, some speak Russian, which was a pleasure for us. I was also touched by the amazing hospitality of the owner, who could be seen behind the bar, in the kitchen, and in the hall. We were especially impressed by the concerts of classical music on Fridays, that's when we rested our souls.
True, there was one not very pleasant waiter in glasses, whose rudeness we observed throughout the rest, despite the fact that he periodically tried to stick a candy in his grandson. And on the penultimate day, he came to work drunk, shouted or cursed loudly (we don’t understand Greek) and behaved not quite adequately. Yes, as they say, "the family has its black sheep. "
Here, perhaps, this is the only trouble that was delivered. And so, in general, everything exceeded my expectations, there is nothing to complain about. Anyone who loves a quiet, peaceful, family holiday, I advise this hotel.
