Разочарование!!! Disappointment!!!

We were very upset with the trip... we rested in Elafuse 2 years ago, everything was almost fine, but this time we came and with regret, we realized that we would never come here again!
1) The staff (at the reception) is terribly boorish and arrogant. Especially Naven and Rita.
2) The animation is disgusting! It's hard to imagine worse! Animators are vicious and unskilled. . . their level is cheap on the outskirts of a nightclub. . . in short, the group of animators consists of DJs and jackets of a cheap club (they turn on the music to the maximum - it is impossible to be near or in the room (especially in D building), they undermine children's hearing and psyche, as well as break the quiet time).
Dancing (if you can call it that, I would call it twitching) only for children in the evening. More dances are not included in the animation, even aerobics in the form of dances is not.
When there was no animation, it was heaven (there was only one aerobics, and it was very good).

3) The food is very mediocre. Doesn't change at all. After a week already sick of their food. No pleasure, no benefit. . .
4) The public of the hotel consists of 80% Croats, who are without elementary concepts of civilized behavior. Pushing, blowing their noses in public places, occupying already occupied sunbeds by the pool, shifting towels. . .
P. S. The best rooms are in building D, but they don't accommodate Russians, Ukrainians. . . unless after a scandal.
