A very comfortable hotel, more than corresponding to the declared star rating. The number of rooms is more than excellent, in alternative beach destinations such as Turkey and Egypt, it is called four stars, and some, especially lively ones, do not hesitate to call themselves five with an interior that is honestly recognized as a three-star in small Croatia - very, very, however less comfortable.

Contingent: mostly English pensioners. in some places they represented strata of eastenders or rednecks in Britain as a whole, but, since pensioners, the neighborhood is still calm and not annoying, for me personally. (unlike the younger representatives of this social class, who prefer to have breakfast with a liter of tequila by the pool, and, moreover, regardless of nationality)

The hotel is located in a very nice medieval town, carrying the whole attribute set: chirpy roofs, streets - corridors, stairs going up along the mountainside. Catholic churches of some pre-Habsburg shaggy times, like Makarska itself

Excellent beaches - in addition to the city's small pebbly, a lot of wild, very clean beaches, in some places they are just rocks that go down stairs to the water, below you can sunbathe on the stones, periodically diving from them like from a platform.

wild beaches generally stretch for kilometers in both directions - split to the north and Dubrovnik to the south. finding a place of solitude with yourself and the sea, if you wish, is not a problem.
