The hotel itself is not bad, but its "soviet" service spoiled the whole impression. The attitude towards Russians, to put it mildly, is cool (we are Slavic brothers for them). For the first time in my life, during the distribution of dinner, the cook put us 2 eggplants and said, "Eat, come again. " It was a shock. It should be noted that we stood in a long queue. A table for dinner was reserved for us on the very aisle, while the Germans and other foreigners were seated in secluded and cozy places. I had to make a fuss.
Our Russian guides also do not give a damn about their compatriots. These are, as a rule, girls who married Croats and imagined themselves to be foreigners. They simply didn’t come to see us off at the airport, the bus left 10 minutes earlier and we had to take a taxi and get there ourselves. She just blatantly lied.
The beaches are disgusting. I love sand, but where the sand is very shallow and it is impossible to swim. Mostly some stones that are impossible to walk on.
In short, Croatia is our scoop. They drove the Italians out of this business, but they themselves cannot organize anything. It is better to pay extra, but go to a normal European country.
