impressions for 10 days of rest could not be worse: they did not wait for the transfer at the airport, after clarifying with the Russian owner Irina, we were offered to wait under the 35 degree sun for 20 minutes on the street (the airport is small, there is nowhere to sit), we took a taxi and got into a scandal, because the transfer the husband of the owner Luksha, who was not allowed to earn 100 euros, is in charge. The taxi was looking for the villa Entourage for a long time, as it was indicated in the voucher, it turned out that the villa was called Vanguard. The owner, out of revenge, didn't tell us. Then we were settled not in the previously chosen apartment, but in another, on the 1st floor: a bedroom without windows, without hot water in the kitchen, where the light is on all day, it is so dark, there is no hair dryer and microwave, they no longer dreamed of a dishwasher, a terrace with an overview of everyone around, you feel like you are in a circus arena. We suspected that our room on the second floor was taken away by a couple from France, who apparently paid the owners extra so as not to live in this discomfort. I must say that all the rooms on the first floor are like this and you will not feel peace there. Internet only works in the office. The villa is located on the road to Dubrovnik, where there is no sidewalk! ! You walk along the road and hold the kids so they don't get killed by cars, there's heavy traffic so it's very noisy to sleep at night. You need to cross this road to the beach. A lot of houses around are in ruins since the war, and on the first line of the sea. It affects the psyche. The sea itself is good for children, shallow near the coast, but the water is too cold. The owners did not tell us where the store, the exchange office, how to get to Dubrovnik. At first we wanted to go home, but we decided first to demand that the owner Irina put us in the room chosen before the order. A conversation with her husband ended in a scandal with a threat to call the police and advice to get out to another hotel if you don’t like it here. They explained to us that this is Croatia and you should not expect a better service. This is when paying 120 euros per room per day. Crap service for suckers from Ukraine and Russia. On the Russian-language site of the villa itself, the option to leave a review was removed, and those reviews that are there apparently were written by the owner herself. I think that says it all.
