I stayed at this villa with my husband and 4 year old son. For 300 euros per person with breakfast and dinner, this is a great option. The villa is located in Ruskamen village, 8 min. drive from Omis (the owner of the villa travels to Omis for groceries almost every day, if you wish, you can ask and he brings everyone up for free, back by bus). Ruskamen itself is a small village with one tiny supermarket (which has everything, including fruits) and a couple of restaurants. From the villa to the supermarket with a calm step of 8-10 minutes along the highway. there is also a restaurant and a bus stop, next to the descent to the hotel Sagitta.
There is a currency exchange in the restaurant (only euros, 100 euros - 710 kunas) and in the Sagitta hotel (they change both euros and dollars. 100 dollars - 560 kunas), be sure to have a passport with you. The beaches are different, there are large pebbles, there are small pebbles with and without shade, there are few people. The sea is the cleanest!
The villa is located on a hill down to the sea to the nearest beach 7 min. climb a little longer because the rise is quite steep, but for us it was not difficult, even a child climbed without problems.

The villa itself was built recently, the rooms are spacious (for a room with a sea view they paid extra 28 euros), the view from the balcony is wonderful, we didn’t observe construction around (probably already completed)))) Cold, hot water was constantly. Internet on the ground floor in the restaurant or on the terrace. Refrigerator is also only in the restaurant. If you need clean towels, you just need to ask for them))))))
The owner of Villa Ivica is a normal, friendly person! For breakfast, they mainly gave bread, ham, butter, jam, a couple of times they gave a delicious UNBURNED omelette with prosciutto, sausages, boiled eggs, each time he came up and asked for someone else. Dinners are magnificent with HUGE portions, everything is different every day, there was meat and fish, and on the last evening, at our request, he prepared 2 kg of mussels for us. Our child brought delicious donuts and peaches. Every evening he treated everyone to Orahovitsa (a walnut tincture, he makes it himself) they tried it in Omiš , it is much tastier from Ivica, they bought home a liter of Rakia and a liter of Orahovitsa (all together 120 kunas). You can rent a car from him (30 euros). On request, he takes on excursions to Krka (mini Plitvica) 350 kunas per person.
Croatia impressed us and in many respects it is the merit of the hospitable owner of the villa, we will definitely come to him again!!! !
