My girlfriend and I (21 years old) and I went on this tour! For me, this vacation at sea was the best (was 2 times in Kemer 5 * and Hurghada 4 *). I did not regret that I preferred this tour before the Gentle Kiss of Croatia (although they say there on tours there is more to see... )
Due to the weather I know that in the second half of July tourists were unlucky with it, and when we were (from 15 to 22 August) in Opatija the weather changed: on the day of arrival it rained heavily, the next day cloudy, then hot. . .
At the expense of the room, we had on the 6th floor overlooking the road, but we did not care much, because it spent only hours sleeping. The mirror on the whole wall is just super!
At the expense of food at the hotel, it is really worthy, especially interesting at the Istrian and Mediterranean evenings (tiramus just class!

, and these evenings are free aperitifs), but in Egypt and Turkey, the choice is still greater, but the taste of the dish is not inferior, sometimes much better. For me, a big plus is that for breakfast you can use a coffee machine (cappuccino, moccasin, hot chocolate, different coffees). It should also be noted a wide selection of fruits in the restaurant: apples, oranges, plums, pears, pineapples, grapes, watermelons, kiwis, peaches, apricots. . . We didn't have any ice cream (but the variety of ice cream in the center of town for five kunas is delicious). I really liked the food, but the paid drinks for dinner somewhat spoil the overall picture. . .
At the expense of two computers near the reception with Internet access, it is quite possible to get to them. . . or come there early in the morning or late in the evening.
A separate conversation about the spa in general. Just cool! lighting, view from the terrace on the evening Opatija fire, tropical shower and mystical fog, Finnish sauna + Turkish, and then refresh yourself with a bucket of cold water and rub with ice, taste fruit tea, lie on a warm bench, soak in a salty jacuzzi on Opatija and the sea - just gorgeous. At the expense of the Turkish bath (hammam), it is clearly different from its counterpart in Turkey, but I was struck by this starry sky overhead with changing colors of stars : ) Unfortunately, massages and various spa treatments are quite expensive. . .
As for the beaches in Opatija, we visited different ones during our stay. On the first day lying on the beach of the hotel, did not like (+ the sun hides early behind the mountains and the hotel), but the shower is free! On the beach (concrete, minimum hedgehogs) near Kvarner 2 comfortable lounge chairs + umbrella cost 70 kuna.
Least likely to be a sea urchin on small more "wild" pebble beaches to the left of the hotel: walk along the promenade towards Lovran and choose a place under the sun to your liking  Were on the pebble beach near the yacht club: there are many vacationers and all mostly with children, terrible noise. But you do not need a lounger, when the pebbles on the towel lie normally, and when the concrete - not much.
And how nice to walk during the day or in the evening on the promenade! It has many different shock cafes and bars. But the nightlife in Opatija is not developed, nightclubs or discos are not normal (the Croats themselves said so and offered to go except in Hemingway and Seven). That is, the rest here is more passive, but we were not disappointed. I also recommend not to be lazy and walk in the opposite direction beyond the parks of Angelina to the market.

All information about the hotel on the Internet as written by natasaukh2212 is true.
By the way, the rooms have free tokens in the casino (though I do not remember their value, because they were never used). And in the hotel I would still build a fitness center.
As for optional excursions in Croatia, we were on the Plitvice Lakes (many people, on the way back in the mountains got into traffic jams, barely had time for dinner, but the beauty we saw was worth it to keep us hungry) and a fish picnic did not want to get out of the water on the Krk and Cres, delicious lunch and wine, incendiary dances on the yacht... ). They simply spared no time for the rest of the excursions, because they wanted to have a little rest at sea. But you still have to go to Istra-tour. Well, this is next time.
It should also be noted that the prices in Croatia are quite high (0.5 liter beer - 20 kuna peaches - 18 kuna, bread 7-8 kuna, etc. ), but we knew about it before and bought at home and in Hungary.
Croatia will forever remain in my heart. I recommend to everyone.
As for the rest of the program, I was not very interested, because in two weeks I went to work with a chord in Hungary. The only thing I would like is to arrive on the way home not to Eger (compared to Tokaj much weaker), but to Nyí regyhá za or Debrecen (although you can swim in Eger, but then skip the tour). You can also replace Szentedre with Campona. . . but this is a matter for the chord workers, not my business. . .
I would also like to say that we were very lucky with our companion on the trip to Hungary and Croatia. Christians and ladies are very grateful! We are also very pleased that we managed to visit the evening Gellert and walk around Vaci after the boat in Budapest, although the tour program did not include it, but was a gift from our companion : )
I also really liked that in Croatia the films are in the original language, and below the Croatian subtitles : )
