We went to Opatija on our own, flew through Pula, decided to stay for 1 day in Pula itself, closer to the amphitheater and the old town, to see them. We tried to find decent hotels close to the amphitheater and were surprised that there were very few hotels in Pula, and there were almost no decent ones at all. Or old Soviet 2 *, or ordinary ugly apartments. This hotel was the only modern one with great rooms located right under the amphitheatre. Apparently, realizing this, the hotel appreciates itself so highly (judging by the cost). There is simply no competition at all.
If you decide to stay there, I advise you to book a room in advance, as there are a lot of vacant rooms there. we booked a few days before arrival and there was only one deluxe room left for 170 dollars, in my opinion. I had to take it.
About the hotel itself: in a small building right on the road, almost near the amphitheater and the sea. The hotel is new, everything inside is new, furniture, repairs, etc. The hotel is good 3 *. There is nothing to complain about, the rooms are large, beautiful, modern, in high-tech style. Comfortable huge beds, stylish furniture, interesting design, quiet. From the hotel to the amphitheater 1 minute on foot, to the old town 5 minutes on foot, to the port 3 minutes on foot. Parking on the street, you need to look for a good place.

The hotel has a very good restaurant.
The only negative: breakfasts, just ridiculous, buns, cheese, yogurt and that's it.
