Well, to be honest, Croatia itself and the people there are just lovely, but the hotel and the travel agency (AscentTravel) that organized the trip just killed us on the very first day of our vacation. Naturally, the agency told us everything as it should be - full AI, sunbeds for free, drinks are free (any and at any time), so they took little money, they didn’t even count on drinking for their money, and when they arrived, it turned out that The All-Inclusive option in the hotel does not exist at all, in fact, there is only Light AI, about which we were not told ANY WORD in the agency and, accordingly, the word LIGHT was not indicated anywhere on the paper. This is what pissed me off the most. .
We think, well, okay, we’ll buy smaller clothes, some excursions had to be removed from the list (Plitvice Lakes IS MANDATORY TO GET TO, THIS IS INDESCRIBABLE BEAUTY), so the funniest thing turned out to be that people like us (deceived with pseudo-All-Inclusive) - in the hotel has about 20 people and they say the cant is not in the agency (they were all different), but in the hotel itself, supposedly they have been like this for the first year. What, one wonders, was the buoy not warned about this, and even lied, saying that AI really includes everything? Only drinks were free (white and red disgusting wines and beer . . ) DURING EATING) And the rest of the time you have to pay for everything. If you go to Croatia - choose another hotel, for example, Laguna Albatros, there is a real AI, but, unfortunately, we didn’t get there, there were no places... I had to be content with the Park...
