This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and each time we see the service at the hotel getting worse.
Nice hall, beautiful beach, big rooms BUT: at breakfast you have to wait 15-25 minutes to get a table. There are very few staff for that many people.
Tea, coffee brought in 30 minutes.
The cook who fries the scrambled eggs serves 3 frying pans, so there is a queue like in a Soviet canteen.
The cook is nervous to the point that his sweat drips right into the pan. At the same time, it produces exceptionally burnt scrambled eggs, as it fries over high heat.
The distance from the hotel to the beach is 10 minutes on foot, but since last year a shuttle service has appeared, which works with varying degrees of success.
On the beach, a disgusting menu with solid fast food. In the Kempinski hotel, in the beach bar, fresh, regional products are out of the question, which is very frustrating.
Housekeeping, this year is very worse.

For example, the toilet bowl is wiped only from above, the dust on the glass shelves is wiped only after painting on the dust. Nice staff at the reception takes all the information, but at the same time reluctantly, does something, though always with a smile.
Last year, the hotel manager tried to rectify the situation, but this year he no longer works here.
It is a pity that the hotel management does nothing to somehow enable this hotel to survive. The hotel is dying! I think that in a couple of years there will be nothing to do here, which is a pity!
