In general, the hotel seemed to me / and I have experience - about 20 European countries and not once in each / - for very unassuming people. It was not in vain that I wrote “for athletes” in the title, because - be careful, compatriots! - in some compartments of this confusing hotel, for example, where rooms no. Pleasure, frankly, for an amateur... I was settled there locally at 12 at night, according to my "native" at 4 in the morning and I was with a bag of 18 kg. weight barely dragged to my room.
There are almost only Russians in the hotel, everywhere loud and unrestrained Russian speech, the complete impression that you are somewhere in Gagra / especially considering that the hotel is all surrounded by pine trees, among which squirrels are jumping - this is the best, in my opinion, what is in it eat/. It stands 300 meters from the sea, but this is not bad, because there is a road near the sea, along which a train runs, and this is quite noisy. The beach is a concrete platform with stainless steel handrails, in the sea - large stones, on which many beat their feet. The beach is completely unromantic, I had the impression that you were lying near a large pool.
The sea was more than refreshing as the nights are sharply colder than the days. Sun loungers and umbrellas for guests of this hotel are free of charge, towels are rented for 100 kunas, you can take them for several days. The food at the hotel is good, they clean too, the staff is very kind, but its architecture is extremely inconvenient for living, and the early check-out order greatly spoiled the impression. In general, the weather was beautiful, very tanned, I wish you a good rest!
