Restaurant Onyx (Onyx Budapest) in Budapest specializes in Hungarian cuisine. For the first time, the star was received by the Hungarian chef (more precisely, the chef) Sullo Sabina and her assistant Sel Tomas.

The Budapest restaurant Costes "Costes" is also the owner of the coveted star. Michelin guide sent inspectors to Hungary several times before giving Kostes a prestigious award. A total of 41 new restaurants in major European cities were awarded in 2010, including the Budapest Kostes. Portuguese chef Miguel Rocha Vieira (Miguel Rocha Vieira) has recently replaced Nicolas Rafael Delgado (Nicolas Rafael Delgado), Nicolas is considered "their man" in French Michelin restaurants. He led the Costes restaurant to its first star. The owner hopes for a new chef, in the hope that he will bring his establishment a second Michelin star.
