Were from May 1 to May 11.2019. The hotel is good, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There were no questions, just gratitude.

We are not used to eating so much salt, we take care of our health, and a lot of salt is harmful. I had to call the manager and explain the situation.
But I must say thank you to the hotel, they respond to any requests and wishes instantly. We were offered to prepare a separate dietary menu. They asked what we want for dinner. They were pleasantly surprised. The same evening the soups were edible, unsalted and very tasty. Fish and vegetables were prepared for us at our request without salt. They salted themselves, according to their taste.

The medical base is sufficient, there is a choice of procedures.
But! Spa water is rarely changed. When we were completely updated with the descent of water once a week. This is a huge minus !!!! ! They say that it is updated every day and all that. But you really see the picture being there !!!! ! 2 days after the replacement, this is a completely different water, I don’t want to go there and go at all.
Question to the staff: why spray with aerosol in the sauna and hammam?????? ? I ask why? Answer - "aromatic" What kind of nonsense? there were cases that people swam in the thermal pool, drove the waves, and we had to endure it. When asked not to swim and that it was a therapeutic pool, they answered that it was not written anywhere..... But these are only “our” people, in a word.....
Coffee in the restaurant for breakfast is instant. Disgusting.
