The hotel is really disgusting, I will not describe the rooms, services, facilities, etc. The main thing is the attitude of the hotel administration towards tourists from the CIS: for breakfast we were taken to a separate room, passing by a fully served room full of dishes and tourists from the EU. Our hall was almost empty, there was no food, every few minutes the girl brought trays - sometimes with eggs, sometimes with cheese, sometimes with ham, but all this, I repeat, at intervals, and all this food on the trays was less thanthere were 33 tourists in our group.

Since a trip to Milan was planned, there was no time to wait for changes in service, the hotel manager did not react to our indignation, and even shouted at the older group. Before that, it was hard to believe that such a service could exist in Europe. If you have a choice, don't stay at this hotel.

Very decent hotel right on the shore of Lake Balaton. Cozy clean rooms with all necessary amenities. Near the park, embankment, swans swim. The hotel is tall and can be clearly seen from everywhere. The hotel itself is located a little away from the center (about 15 minutes walk). Quiet, calm, comfortable.
