The staff are just absolutely lovely, generous and wonderful people who like the other commenter said are very friendly and polite without being intrusive at all. The room was very clean and new with everything in good condition, even the new TV. The best wi-fi I've ever had in a hotel too, it was like using wi-fi at home.

A killer location yet surrounded by lots of very cheap restaurants which is not the case in many economy lodging centers in Kuta. Would absolutely recommend this place without hesitation! Please if you stay here be nice to the staff - they were fantastic and generous with me and I hope they get the same in return.
