We were at the hotel at the end of April, to say that we liked it is to say nothing. A wonderful territory - a huge garden with squirrels and birds, squirrels were fed with nuts and they constantly hung out on our balcony. The beach is magnificent, here someone wrote that the sea is knee-deep, so you don’t have to go to the beach at low tide. The ocean goes far, but we wandered along it at low tide and found some starfish. And at high tide, there is enough water, the beach is very quiet and clean, for a family vacation, not party like in Kuta. The guide told us that Europeans prefer Sanur for a quiet holiday, few Russians, this was true. The breakfasts are just great, although it was written on our ticket that the American continental breakfast was actually a real buffet with a huge variety of dishes. And a place for eating - under a canopy in a fragrant garden in the open air. The spa of this hotel generally deserves a separate discussion, I spent the whole day there. The price is low compared to ours, but the quality !! ! I am completely delighted and my companion too.

Well, now you can tell in more detail what unpleasant tourists expect in the hotel:
Firstly, on the beach there are two hundred meters to the reef - it is always shallow there - knee-deep. Walking to the reef is not recommended without special shoes - hedgehogs. Moreover, after 20 meters you can get entangled in algae and the bottom is no longer visible. It is expensive to get to the hotel reef by boat - 500 thousand rupees. It will not be possible to bargain - no one bargains in Bali. So you will not see coral fish here. And in general, almost no one swims on this beach - it's just empty, because it's not interesting to swim. You can go to the neighboring island of Lembongan to see beautiful fish. But it's also a little expensive, but worth it - blue water, yellow beaches.
Secondly, the breakfasts there are really terrible. To have breakfast, you need to ask permission from the coordinator to take a table. So you can wait an hour or two. We decided to take a table on our own so as not to wait - and as a result, the things we put were hidden and we were looking for them for a long time. There is no choice of food. The hotel staff are not literate savages from remote villages. Arguing and explaining anything to them is useless. Of particular difficulty is the check-in at the hotel - it takes an hour or two. So welcome to the savages. . .

I would like to add: it rained twice, but only at night and in the morning everything was as usual and 1 time on the day of arrival (they give umbrellas in the restaurant) for 10 minutes and very strong, but it ended quickly. Because of the humidity, things dried for a long time, you need to take spare bathing suits and swimming trunks. They bought a SIM card from their agent at the hotel, they asked us to call, it turned out not expensive. Near the shopping center, photos were recorded on disks to clear the map (we had a lot of photos), but I warn you to be careful with personal photos, otherwise we mistakenly recorded one sweet couple on our disk))) which, ironically lived in our hotel)), and this can happen to anyone! They changed the currency by comparing prices (everywhere at different rates), but taxi drivers always said where it was better and we were convinced of this more than once. I do not agree with the phrase that everywhere they want to heat the Russians, there is no discrimination, the Russians are very loved! Especially after Egypt, I was surprised at such an attitude and service! I really regret that I didn’t buy a chandelier made of round pieces made of pressed shells, it’s very cheap there, somewhere around 2000 rubles for ours, and we sell a miserable likeness for 8000. There are many beautiful lamps, exotic clay pots, but heavy and you can’t take them. We went to some area there a little more expensive, but things are even more interesting! You can buy quality swimwear and not expensive. Canopies for the bed and all sorts of curtains (inexpensive) were sold in Bali Collection. I want to warn you about the water park! Remember that weekends are sacred for them and everyone has a rest! We got not only on the entrance, but also on holidays! We paid 3000 rubles for 4 people (like). And there, the apple has nowhere to fall - in the truest sense of the word! We walked and left immediately! Unrealistic queues on the hill, even there is nowhere to sit on the ground, not to mention sunbeds! Very nice and cool, but the people.... They say there is the biggest slide in the world. (true or not) at the exit it was possible to return the money, but we lost the check (((Children will like it there, but only go on weekdays! We watched a picture of how a hundred tourists tried to get there, and we knew that there were even standing there nowhere, although the territory is huge! (Tickets can be bought on the spot).
